There really is nothing like a whole body cryotherapy chamber at -85C.

Over the past few years I've been to Cryojuvenate for the cryo chamber, for Medisculp, and most recently for a facial! (They're good for men too, and super-relaxing - thanks Jessie!). The thing that all these treatments have in common is that they leave me feeling invigorated and more focused on my general health and wellbeing, and they encourage me to stick to an exercise routine that helps to extend the benefits of the treatments. Oh, and the staff are lovely too!

I have had 3 sessions in the Whole-Body…
I have had 3 sessions in the Whole-Body Cryotherapy Chamber and an EMS Medisculpt at Cryojuvenate. I have back issues and the ice chamber works so well to keep the issues I have at bay and I have really felt the benefits. The EMS Sculpt is excellent too I can feel/see the benefit after 3 sessions Thank you!

Friendly place and great for post workouts
Cryojuvenate offers cryotherapy in Sevenoaks. Cryotherapy is 'the use of cold temperatures to treat pain and inflammation, reduce swelling, improve blood circulation and metabolism, and increase cell production.'
I have been going here for 6 months now and I love it! The staff are all very friendly and they make you feel really welcome.

45 minute massage
I recently had a 45 minute massage with one of the therapists at Cryojuvenate. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the massage was amazing. The therapist listened to my concerns and took them on board during the massage. I feel so much better and will be a regular for sure! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Fat Burner Boost!!
I recently visited Cryojuvenate for a Fat Burner injection, administered by their wonderful Nurse John! John made me fell at ease and the injection was very quick and painless. I felt immediately energised and I've also noticed that my cravings for snacking have been diminished! I have purchased a course of 5 and get a 6th injection FOC. Cannot wait for my next jab!
