I paid £100 in full for a hyperbaric chamber treatment and attended the appointment as booked. I entered the chamber, but before the treatment had properly begun, I experienced significant pain in my ears due to the air pressure and had to leave because I could not safely continue.

What I found particularly appalling was the response from the business afterwards. Despite the fact that I was unable to receive the treatment properly and did not effectively receive the service I had paid for, the owner refused to offer any refund.

In my view, a business cannot reasonably operate on the basis that once a customer has paid and entered the chamber, the business should simply keep the money regardless of whether the treatment actually goes ahead. I would have been more than reasonable in accepting a £70 refund from the £100 paid, allowing the business to retain £30 for any costs incurred.

The attitude and handling of the situation were extremely disappointing. I felt that the focus was on retaining the money rather than dealing fairly with a customer who had been unable to continue for genuine reasons.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here. In my opinion, the way this situation was handled was unacceptable and came across as money-driven rather than customer-focused.

I hope the owner reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future, because customer service and fairness should be just as important as taking payment.

I had a course of 6 cryo/red light therapy facials. The results were quite remarkable. The tone and plumpness of the skin improved dramatically and the lifting effect around the cheekbones was very visible. Would highly recommend this treatment and clinic.

Had a sports massage with Lauren. She is an excellent therapist very friendly and very professional. I have been to Cryojuvenate several times and have always been happy with them.

Always a welcoming smile from Lauren on arrival. I hadn't booked on this occasion, but was not trouble to have my treatment set up immediately. Another good visit, thank you Lauren.

Highly recommend the cryo algae facial and deep tissue massage. Will be back as staff were lovely and friendly I'm autistic so a peaceful atmosphere is most important and after 2 hours felt amazing still glowing. Thank you Lauren ❤️

Really wonderfully relaxed treatment. The coolness really helped calm my skin and the algae treatment felt really luxurious. The neck and shoulder massage finished it off perfectly.
