Excellent workman ship, friendly joiners and overall felt very confident through the whole process. The customer service team are very proactive and friendly.

A sense of ease re our choice of CR Smith from initial visit of their salesman Mathew , who fully described many aspects of their product and the standard that all works were carried out to was fully justified by all works carried out by another Matt , Team Leader and his teams at our home . We had all old windows , front and back doors , patio doors and large area of cladding at front door wall replaced with CR Smith products .From initial design , selection of CR Smith products with Mathew we got many specific wants included ( which we hadn't when fitting all of above , using a different company at our previous home ! ) With a wife sometimes uncoordinated after an operation and her being short in height .Mathew kindly went in to detail with that in mind ,still complying with Safety and Fire regulations, the best options re each and every door and window the best sides to be hinged at , types of handle for her ease of use .The Surveying engineer carried out exact same exercise on his visit to measure , with a return visit on the same day from Mathew ( travelling some miles to our location just for this !! ) to confirm with engineer to confirm everything suggested could be done . Due to another job being not available CR Smith kindly rang asking if a team could come a day earlier than planned , which they did .Matt and his team duly fitted some of windows that day , despite other works being carried out in kitchen and bathroom . Matt took time out to plan for next days visit with two teams , telling us which windows they'd take with them and in what areas in those rooms we needed to have clear for access. The efficient speed that Matt and his guys worked at , that day and the other days really was something else .All works everywhere were completed to a high standard .Matt and his guys were a friendly team , polite and well spoken and was reassuring to know that with perhaps having to leave wife to deal with works if i called away from home for work .On completion of the works , everywhere , inside and out was left immaculate by them and probably tidier than when they arrived due to our other works ongoing .We got regular courtesy check in calls from various levels of management , thanks Graeme, Kyle and Lauren .Still getting courtesy calls advising on types dates of final interior finishing / painting works too Thanks again to Matt and his teams for all their work . ( Just a note to add that youngest daughter had similar works carried out on her flat , just weeks prior to our works and she would confirm all of above standard of service occurred in her property too ) Would highly recommend CR Smith and have done to family , friends ,neighbours and workmates .

Your team arrived on time. They knew exactly what was to be done. They worked quietly, cleaned and tidied up after themselves. I was shown how well the windows opened and closed after the repair.

The teams were excellent and did our whole flat in a day. Very friendly and kept the mess down to a minimum. We had one small glitch which was fixed the following day by Brian. Some man!

Excellent communication throughout the process, and each of the sales team and workmen were professional and friendly. Good quality windows, excellent joinery and finishing (plasterers and painters).

Arrived on time, was quick and polite.

We were not disappointed. The men who came to our house may have looked young but the quality of their work belied their youthful looks. We couldn’t be happier and the painter who came today was superb too!

Pretty-much everything from beginning to end was exceptional. The salesman, Lee, was patient and un-pushy, and showed us the options available in clear terms, avoiding jargon, and smoothing the way through the measuring up and surveying process.
The installation was carried out by a two-man team who were a pleasure to have in the house; they arrived on time and completed the work without fuss, and cleaned up fastidiously after them. The finished job exceeds our expectations, both in terms of workmanship and construction.
We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending CR Smith.

Could not have asked for a better Duo to attend our property and fit a whole set of new windows.. not only where they amazing at there job.. they left our house immaculate you’d never know they had ever been in.. as well as this they amazing with our children and very hands on with our dogs… everyone in the house was sad to see them go once the windows were completed! The experience we had was very calm as the three men were very friendly and polite, any mess they made they cleared it up and took all the old windows away. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about having new windows installed, CR Smith make their windows from scratch

Work was done within agreed timescale at a competitive price. Workmen carried out the job professionally and made sure everything was tidied up once completed.

Brian and Frank did an excellent job and were most helpful in explaining the operation of the window. My wife and I are very pleased with the work done

Perfect service all the way through. Used them for windows 6 years ago and now both external doors. Cannot fault any part.

We had eight windows, none of them small, fitted over two days. Two men, Ross and Kerr, did a wonderful job over the period. As well as their obvious very skilled performance both very pleasant and polite. This turned what we thought would be a bit of a nightmare into two not unpleasant days.
They also did a thorough job of tidying up afterwards.
I would happily recommend this today others.

My initial time slot wasn’t able to be met as it required a heavy lift and the second person wasn’t available. Rather than phone me Thomas called in on his way to another job and explained the situation and if it would be possible to do it in the afternoon instead. It was and later Thomas grave me a phone call to say they’d be with me in half an hour. Gregor joined him and they got the work done quickly and efficiently making sure everything was sparkling once they had finished.

The guys were absolutely fantastic, so polite and sorted the issue quickly, competently and tidily. Cannot fault their service.

Just recently had CR Smith windows installed at our property in Edinburgh Duddingston area.
From the initial enquiry to final quotation. The process was simple and straight forward to understand with great finance options available to suit and consider from Alan in their sales team 
Once the order was confirmed through to technical survey every part of the journey was clear and well laid out with regular updates from the customer services teams.

The Quality of the product delivered Is excellent alongside their installation team who were incredible arriving on site early 8.15am taking a moment to introduce themselves review and cover off the task ahead of them , talking  through their process and timings for the day ahead, doing exactly what they said they would, very professional skilled joiners who know their stuff leaving a fantastic job and finish, clean and tidy throughout. From meeting the salesman through to paying the Finance guy, the whole experience was stress free.
The technical assessment gave me a combination of Fix and Relace. Both teams worked professionally and efficiently.
There is still some finishing work to be completed but I’m confident that it will be to the same high standard.
