Our guide, Jan, was great. Very knowledgeable, patient, welcoming to all questions. So much history was shared related to Italy’s history, beyond the Colosseum and the Palatine sites that we were touring. He gave us ample time to take pictures which I found very considerate, since we didn’t miss out on the explanation.

Bianca was a fantastic tour guide. She was so knowledgable and engaging for the entirety of the tour. I would highly highly recommend.

On Thursday, September 18, 2025, we were scheduled for Amphibian Boat Ride in the glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón to view enormous icebergs constantly breaking off the glacier into the lagoon, melting slowly as they drift towards the sea nearby.

We were advised that the Amphibian boat Ride was cancelled due to heavy wind.

We had friends who were travelling with Flaming Tours/Darpan Travel. They informed us that since their boat ride was cancelled the tour guide immediately announced that everyone will receive a refund of the cost of the boat ride since the Boat ride was cancelled by the boat operator.

Since Crown Tours did not incur any cost and was refunded the booking fees for all the passengers, I am requesting that Crown Travel refund the booking fees for the boat ride to all the passengers.

We had Jan as our guide of Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Roman Forum and he did a splended job. Good pace and alot of history about the surrounding buildings and legends.

En plus pratique, l'organisation par l'agence est bien rodée. Je vous recommande !
