Crossthelimits Arvostelua

I usually like crossthelimits but my opinion of them has wavered ever since I realized that some of their products are fake/not authentic and they label it as if it's from that brand.

For example, I ordered their T-5 Zion Labs supplements which is an ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin) and it was labelled as being from zion labs, but they overlooked the fact it says on the label "Peel back label to prove authenticity" which was meant to have some kind of serial number or barcode you could check online.

Upon peeling this back, there was nothing. That's not to say they dont try to put these ingredients in the capsules but it definitely isn't from the brand they claim it to be. This product also made me feel very strange and disassociated at times even though the ephedrine dose is rather low (or supposed to be).

Chances are, they're buying chemicals like this from chinese suppliers and putting it in their supplements. I doubt they make anything in-house. I'd be wary if you're coming here to get things like phenibut etc.

Edit: Their reply kinda says it all really. Didn't even try to deny it.

I have purchased different supplements over the years from crossthelimits.co.uk and they have also been prompt to get my orders shipped. I recently bought some Bucked Up pre workout, and it was shipped within days of purchase. I will for sure purchase there again. Really appreciateble.

I purchased a product on 16/07/2023 and it hasn´t arrived, why? This company sent it without the proper information and documents for it to pass spanish customs and was returned, which I found out after opening a claim with CORREOS, the spanish national mail service. The company says the parcel is my responsibilty once it leaves their warehouse according to their terms and conditions and due to their lack of help, I had to open a claim with Royal Mail who basically told me to contact the seller and ask them to open a claim so they could issue a refund, which they haven´t done. Why haven´t they done this? Because they are scammers and thieves. Appaling customer service, I will contact my bank and the relevant UK authorities to report them.
Update: Now they are saying my parcel is stuck in customs which is a blatant lie, here is a translation of part of CORREOS reply to my claim, which I sent to these crooks: "We inform you that your shipment has been returned by Correos to the postal operator of origin, without physically passing through customs, due to non-compliance with the regulations of the Customs Code of the European Union" How am I responsible for YOU not doing things properly?

my first order from this website, great product, paid for special delivery 9 quid but it was delayed by 24 hours (because of Royal Mail of course) nonetheless thanks and I'll buy again

Do not trust this website.

I ordered from this website 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Emailed them 4 times over the past 2 weeks, no response. I did not receive a refund either.

I’ve bought the Ultimate NTZ supplement and I’m very satisfied by its effects.
Good services and fast delivery.
I was indeed very skeptical initially, however very trustworthy company.
Recommend it!

I ordered Hi-Tech 1-TESTOSTERONE 60 Tabs on 04/04/2023 and today is 25/7/2023 and yet i didn't received anything,i asked for refund and they said

Hi, When the parcel will be returned to us we will proceed with the refund.

Five stars .. excellent

Quick delivery & very good product very happy

Quick delivery time and everything in order.

Delivered on time. One item was out of stock, however refunded the value promptly. Was even given a gift, which was a nice touch. Excellent service for my first purchase.

Total scam - do not use this website. They are perfidious thieves who take your money then do not deliver an item and just say that you refused to collect it. I reported them to Consumer Protection UK and will be starting a legal case against them at High Court UK.

Update: They keep saying this is not a genuine review, but it is. I am a normal person and have proof of all written communication with them which I supplied to Trustpilot too.

Only after going through the hell of complaints to various authorities in the UK, they refunded a portion of the money that I paid. I am still trying to get my full refund back as I never received an item despite their claim that I "refused to accept it" which is a total lie.

You just don't need drama in your life so simply don't deal with this scam company as they create administrative hell for you.

Another order from Cross the Limits, and as always, I am 100% satisfied. The contact is always high-speed, and the shipping is also fast. After placing the order the next day, it was already at my place. I sincerely recommend this store—Excellence FIVE Star to cross the limits.

Sadly I was unable to leave a no-star review. I ordered a product from this company, and was sent a completely different product. Was then told to return the product (I never wanted anyway) if I wanted to receive my original order, no apology nothing! I’ve had no he same thing happen one time before when ordering from GymPower, and after a sincere apology they gifted me the wrong product, and sent me the original product I ordered, with free samples.
I don’t believe you guys even had the product in stock, and just sent me some of your old stock, in the hope I wouldn’t be bothered to send it back to you, I’m sure this works some of the time.
As you guys have a 2.6 rating on here, clearly half the people you do business with are not happy with the service they receive. And that nobody fault but yours.

The customer is always right.

You can keep editing your reply to this message, but what I’ve written above is the truth.

Despite the long delay in international shipment, everything arrived as expected. I have been their customer for several years and Cross The Limits has always delivered all my international orders as expected. I highly recommend.
