What fabulous blinds from Crosby blinds these are the best blinds I have ever had so classy, Andrew was so helpful from start to finish he took all the boxes etc off the blinds away with him so no rubbish left for us to clear THANKYOU Andrew for such excellent service we will certainly recommend you in the future. Poor experience with this company. Over-priced and poor after sales customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on our purchase. They don’t listen to your concerns and valid points but churn out statistics and ‘facts’ AFTER they’ve taken your money. Why wouldn’t we assume the back of a blind was the same colour as the front unless your website stated otherwise. No good explaining after we paid £170 for a tiny blind. It doesn’t even look white on the back as you can see the grey - just looks a dirty white. Never been more disappointed with a company.

The mention of an offer of replacement at discounted price is incorrect. There was never a mention of discounted price - just to replace at a cost.
And the reverse clearly showing white in the images - yes it does. But the inner side!

There was indeed no mention of it being self coloured but it also did not say the only side not displayed in the image was a different colour!

Exploring how to take further as this is very poor

We received friendly expert advice both at the buying stage and also when fitting. We experienced an issue with one blind (which wasn't identifiable prior to fitting) and we were delighted with Jen & Howards professional response. A pleasurable experience from start to finish. A rarity these days. Don't hesitate.

We bought 3 motorised blinds from Crosby Blinds and are extremely pleased with the result. The blinds are beautifully made and excellent quality. We had some issues pairing the remote to the blinds but was able to make a quick phone call to Crosby Blinds. They were very helpful and friendly and talked us through various troubleshooting solutions. The blinds are now working perfectly.

I have used Crosby blinds for 7 Top Up Bottom Down Blinds for some huge windows on a church project and their technical support has been excellent. The blinds are unobtrusive and finish off our project perfectly. I am currently preparing my next order for another client and expect to keep using Crosby blinds! Thanks Andrew and Team.

We were looking for a total block out blind and found product on Crosby blinds web site.As we had never seen these before so we travel from Wigan to the Crosby shop.The assistant was more than helpful and she showed us how they were fitted.We had no hesitation and ordered blinds there and then. With in 10 days the blinds had arrived and I fitted them myself (with out issue)

I have ordered 7 blinds from Crosby Blinds last year in early autumn. From the beginning it was a pleasure to speak to the people in their Liverpool shop - very knowledgeable and giving valuable advice about measuring and choosing different options. I chose to have all three of my own different fabrics made into roller blinds for balcony windows, doors and rest of the large windows around the flat. My heart was set on the fabrics and it was impossible to find anyone online who would use my own fabric until I came across Crosby Blinds - and what a find! The blinds were made and delivered in perfect condition, fitting recesses extremely well and having very sturdy rolling mechanism (I did not want motorised ones). I can wholeheartedly recommend Crosby Blinds for customer service and products they sell and make. My search for such business is over, next time I need blinds I know who to contact. Thank you Crosby Blinds.

I ordered a Bloc Blinds 40 for my son's room as difficult to get him to sleep in the summer. I would highly recommend it for blocking light far better than normal roller blackout blinds and it also removes the chains normally required so safer for young children.

When there was an issue with our order that was not Crosby Blinds fault they responded very quickly with an agreeable solution and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I purchased some CB Premier Skye Skylight Blinds Velux Cordless in September 2022. The ordering experience was straight forward and the items arrived within two days. I recently had a problem with one of the blinds so reached out to Crosby Blinds for advice. Andrew was quick to respond to my enquiry which resulted in a replacement blind being sent out. Andrew advised it would be between 1-2 weeks for delivery. Again, excellent customer service, the item was delivered two days later. Highly recommend this company and will use again.

This is the third time I have used Crosby Blinds. The customer service is outstanding.
I am delighted with the quality of the Sunwood blind. It is in the ‘cheaper’ range but it certainly doesn’t look cheap. The instructions on how to measure for your chosen blind are so simple and very easy to follow. The size is exactly what I asked for. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The blind also came with very clear instructions on how it should be installed.
