Cronometer for Professionals Arvostelua 11

I am using the free browser version and the ability to add foods and directly see ALL vitamins/minerals broken down from the foods is crazy good, havent tried the paid features.

I've been using this product on a paid Gold subscription since 2019 and the product is great.

However, when I finally needed customer support, nothing but crickets. None of my tickets have received a response.

I had to get on to their subReddit to find a community manager who chased the ticket and that FINALLY got a response.

The app and platform is good but if you expect customer support, look elsewhere.

I have been an individual user of the mobile app in the UK since at least 2020. Over time the app has given me exactly what I needed to adjust my eating habits to a more healthy way of eating. The ability to set macros has supported my muscle building and energy consumption management when I have needed it. On the one occasion I needed to contact support, they have responded quickly and resolved my problem fast in a way that went beyond expectations. Now, with photo and bar scan food logging it's made the logging process even easier. Kudos Cronometer!!!!!

J’ai voulu prendre l’abonnement gold suite à une offre intéressante à 8,99au lieu de 11,99 € mais en réalité ce prix bas n’est valable que sur le 1er mois !!! J’ai fait marche arrière donc je ne peux donner mon avis que sur l’appli gratuite : il faut créer presque tous les éléments car l’appli ne connais pas ou peu de produits européens donc c’est une grosse contrainte.

Database of food is inadequate and inaccurate for UK users. The app seems very US oriented.. nutritional values as basic as macros for well known brands in UK are consistently incorrect.

Great app but web page is super slow to load.
The app provides detailed info, and it is pretty easy to enter new foods.
Bug: if you edit a saved custom recipe but choose not to update past diary entries of that recipe, the changes won't be saved. This occurs on the website using Safari. IDK whether it affects other browsers or the phone/watch apps.

This is the best food tracking app I have used. It provides so much detail about everything you eat, I have found out about multiple nutrients I didn't get enough of so I started incorporating new foods in my diet and feeling better! The only con is that their food database isn't the largest.

I was an enthusiastic user of this site and app over many years... It was the industry-leading nutrition software. Unfortunately, the new November 2022 update made it almost unusable for me: 1) I always log food at night, but in the app the night mode is no more dark, but gray. and contrast is low. 2) in the app, big spaces between lines necessitate so much scrolling that my thumbs hurt. 3) both on the website and in the app, the unfortunate choice of the new font makes numbers such as 1.3 difficult to read. 4) the new design has sad candy-bar colours. the old one was a happiness to look at with its positive colors on the website and the app. 5) the website is now buggy and the comfortable access to the calendar is no more there. the calendar was very useful to immediately see if I have forgotten to log a day because it was visible right from the main diary page and it showed completed and not completed days in different colors

Love this site. I was anemic a few years ago and it really helps me stay on top of my iron -- and everything else

I've had a few interactions with this company and I haven't always been at my best, (slow mentally), regardless, the customer service is always polite. There is room for improvement in the website, but the app is the best for making sure you're eating enough nutrients.

Fantastic website to track and calculate nutrition. Responses to inquiries are both friendly and professional. In my opinion the best and most user friendly website on this subject.
