‘40% off full priced items’ promo started off as all items but they retracted the discount to only include ‘some’ styles. The shoes in my cart that were discounted then became full price. Their shipping information states ‘free shipping over $50’, which is not so, since they apply a promotional code to any sale items adding up to over $50 so the discount becomes retracted. Such a scam. Do not buy online, stick to Amazon or physical stores. Terrible customer service. I was connected with the US live chat and they gaslighted me that the sale never applied to the shoes in my cart that were originally 40% off.

I purchased directly from the Crocs website and had an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish.

I never received an order confirmation and was not contacted by Crocs to advise me that there was an issue with the shipping address. I only found out from the courier that the parcel had been returned to the sender.

I contacted Crocs by both phone and email to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, their customer service was completely unhelpful. They could not change the shipping address, could not resend the order, and could not offer any practical solution. Instead, I was simply told to place a new order and pay again.

They eventually mentioned a 20% discount, but said it could not be combined with other promotions—and they didn’t even provide me with the discount code. So even the so-called compensation was not actually useful.

Worst customer service ever! Better buy it from retailers if you need it.

Delivered wrong items. Insisted they delivered the right items despite being provided with photographs of the wrong items that were delivered. They ignored my request for correct items to be provided or a refund. They also ignored my escalation to Fair Trading. I still don't have a resolution.

If i could give zero i would. I paid for express delivery and the items never came, when tracked showed "address not found" and returned to sender. I receive online orders often and don't have this issue. I had to follow up with Crocs who sent me a generic 'sorry for the inconvenience we will process a refund and should you wish to order form us again...' Waste of time the whole process! Meanwhile the items purchased were for a gift and they are sitting in an Australia post depot 10 minutes from my house! Never again. Also their discount code never worked, I do not recommend ever purchasing the Crocs website.

Very disappointing express shipping service

I paid an extra $15 for express shipping because I needed my order urgently. However, my order has been stuck in “delayed” status for the past 3–4 days and still hasn’t been properly delivered.

I have contacted Crocs Australia 2–3 times, and each time I was simply told to wait up to 10 days. If I had known that express shipping would still take more than 10 days, I would never have paid the extra $15.

What is most disappointing is that customer service could only apologise but could not actually do anything to help resolve the issue or provide a useful solution.

If you charge customers extra for express shipping, you should provide an express service. Charging $15 and then telling customers to wait more than 10 days is unacceptable.

Very disappointed with both the shipping service and the lack of customer support. I expected much better from Crocs Australia.

Don’t trust this company. Their free shipping code doesn’t work. Their website and customer service agent told me that I would get free return shipping on one of my items with Australia Post. But once I initiated the return process, they told me I’d have to pay for return shipping and needed tracking too. I pointed out that this wasn’t what was on their FAQs on their website, so they changed their website and continued to refuse. Deceptive consumer practices.

Crocs sends out 15 percent off coupons but ends up charging a shipping fee even if it says in the webiste free shipping above 49.95. When contacted, they say only one promo code can be applied. But thats not fair when free shipping is immediately applied to the cart but also immediately revoked once the coupon is applied. Disgusting practice. Nil help from customer service.

I have ordered from the Crocs website multiple times, and most of the time, my orders do not even go through properly. On the one occasion the order finally went through, I received a confirmation email and assumed everything was fine.

After waiting nearly 2 weeks, with my kids asking me almost every day where their Crocs were, I checked the order status myself and found it had been cancelled. I received no email, no notification, and no communication at all from Crocs about the cancellation.

When I contacted customer service, they were extremely arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They claimed the order was cancelled due to a “billing issue,” which makes absolutely no sense because the money had already been deducted from my PayPal account.

So Crocs is happy to take payment, keep customers waiting, say nothing for weeks, and then quietly cancel the order and blame the customer. That is not a billing issue; that is terrible service and a terrible business practice.

This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Between the failed orders, lack of communication, and rude customer service, this company seems completely disorganised.

At this rate, I genuinely do not see how this company can survive in the long term if this is how they treat paying customers.

My husband and I love Crocs, we pretty much wear them every single day, and they have almost worn out, so I ordered my 2nd pair online yesterday, but I accidentally put the wrong address on, I contacted their customer service straight away, and they got me to send them my email address and correct post address, so I did that.

This morning when I woke up I received an email saying my Crocs are on their way to the WRONG address!!!!!
They didn't fix the problem at all😞 and I tried to contact them a couple more times today with emails- no answer… called them- no answer… messaged their Instagram page- no answer…

Now I don't know if I will ever receive my new Crocs… Very disappointed 💔💔💔

Never received a refund for a returned item even though they stated the refund was approved. Ended up going through my bank. It was a very annoying and time consuming process.

I gave this company plenty of time to cancel my order however they still sent it to me even though i told them to cancel them due to ordering the wrong thing now there expecting me to send them back to them n i have to pay for postage for the order to be sent back now with any other store if you cancel n order they will cancel it but not crocs its very bad management customer service i will not recomend anyone to this company

Missing refunds. Dramatic changes and inconsistencies in sizing and styles they no longer fit but won’t take responsibility for that . Overall terrible experience.

Melbourne Central store has the worst customer service. All 4 staff members completely ignored me , avoiding eye contact and chatting amongst themselves. Giving one star is even being generous.

Ordering online, I had zero correspondence from the company for 3 weeks. When I rang to find out whats happening - Crocs advised there was no stock ( when were they going to tell me??). 6 weeks later I still have not received my refund, even though I have lodged 2 complaints about no refund

Bought crocs size 12… left them on the veranda. By the next day, they’d shrunk to a size 9. Not fit for purpose. Quality has dropped to temu level junk. Apparently leaving your shoes in the sun voids the ‘warranty’. Total waste of money.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a pair of Crocs online that were on sale and because of the discount was happy to pay the $9.95 shipping cost. Chucked in a jibbitz for $8 at the last minute. Few days later I get my shipping notice to tell me they shipped my order - but that one of my items had been cancelled - of course this was the Crocs so I’ve ended up paying $10 postage for an $8 jibbitz. Contacted support via live chat and they could only offer me a free shipping code for a future purchase. And the item they cancelled; still showing as available on their website! I don’t want a free shipping code for another purchase, I want to not have paid $10 postage for something the size of a postage stamp. Unimpressed Crocs. Don’t advertise items that aren’t available.

So, I got an email saying one of my Crocs items was cancelled. Fair enough, stuff happens. But here’s the kicker: they never refunded me. I sent not one, but two emails, got case numbers, and assurances that someone from customer service would contact me within three days. Three days? More like three light-years, because radio silence. Crickets. I’m starting to think Crocs is in the business of stealthily taking people’s money.

And then there’s the phone experience. I’ve been sitting on hold for over 25 minutes listening to the same “we’re experiencing higher volumes of calls” message, which we all know really means “we don’t want to hire enough people to actually answer the phone.” But wait, it gets better: the hold music. Oh yes, the goddamn Happy Gilmore soundtrack looping endlessly while I wonder if my call will ever be answered or if I should just start naming the crocs in my closet in tribute.

Crocs Australia, I get it. You make comfortable shoes, but apparently, uncomfortable customer service is your real product. Maybe one day someone will answer my call and process my refund. Until then, I’ll be here, foot tapping, case numbers in hand, wondering if I’ll ever see that money again.

Crocs Australia has some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered. They cancelled my items twice with no email or alert. They won't even process your refund automatically; you have to chase them down via chat just to be told your refund is "under review." If you can’t fulfill an order, you should refund the customer automatically!Total lack of professionalism and transparency! Do better!
