Customer service and online return policy are 2 Serious problems with Crocs!
"Easy and fast returns": crocs says to return crocs purchased online to any of their authorized locations for a full and immediate refund: lie.
The outlets will not accept returns/exchanges of online purchased goods! I went to 3 outlets!
Since Crocs refuses to provide return labels, you must pay for returns yourself.
It doesn't matter if return is for exchange or refund.
I have complained to Crocs and have never recd a reply.
They will reply with a standard response that does not refer to your querie. It is so pathetic that I actually asked one customer rep to stop contacting me. They try to get good reviews!
Not from this former customer who is still waiting for a refund to be issued for 2 pairs of Crocs, that I paid dearly to have returned.....and it took annoying amount of time for customer service to reply to request for Crocs return address!
Skip Crocs. Buy any of so many other better brands out there!

No free return, ok, but customer service isn't able to help you with anything. I ordered an item and the day after they sent me 25% off thay same item. They didn't want to adjust the fee, which is a real lack of courtesy. I don't know where these guys are located but you have to répète many times before the agent understand, if he does. After I told them politely that I had a very bad customer service with them, the guy just closed the chat. I now boycot Crocs.

It’s now been 4 weeks and still NO refund. Terrible customer service . They don’t answer emails, or 1 on 2 Times! I went to nearby store to return, indicated on the site, but they are not willing to take returns! Si I went to Canada post… I had to pay 20,52$ to return my items and still waiting for my refund. They write Hassle free returns on their site, but a hassle IT IS ! Will never buy online anymore, and even no Crocs! Very bad experience

It’s now been 2 weeks and still NO refund. Poor customer service . Don’t answer emails either . Don’t order online … not only did I have to pay to return items , I am still waiting on refund . Not hassle free … but a hassle

Terrible online shopping. And customer service! I call them many time tell them they charge me over 60 dollars for two pairs of shoes. But they excuse. I hope they can refund me 6.85 dollars ! Order number is 04880136CCA ! I only keep two pairs of shoes. I refund four pairs of. Shoes ! You total charge me 189! Refund me 119.15. So. I cost 69.85. For two pairs of shoes !! It is wrong. You must refund me 6.85 dollars! Thanks I don’t want waste my time to communicate your customer service. Waste my lots time!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of crocs for my daughter online, unfortunately they did not fit.
BE AWARE the customer has to pay to ship back at their own expense. Cost me $30.00 to return. Never again will I order online from Crocs.

Horrible customer service...the shoes are great the customer service is awful. I haven't bought any crocs for years since the last time I had a negative customer service experience. Sorry but there are so many croc knockoffs now that are just as good, so if the customer service sucks there is no need for me to give them my money.

Wish I could give 0 stars … don’t be fooled by the recognizable name as they are liars & rip off artists. I have never in my life experienced such brutal customer service … I spent over $600 for Crocs for all my grandkids and when their own coupon didn’t work online I contacted them but they refused to honour it saying it was too late as the order was already placed, plus the tracking number they issued turned out to be false and then lied about my order status. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just muted the line and ignored me until I hung up 30 minutes later. It’s truly shameful … it will be Croc knock-offs from now on for our family because this company is a sham

If I could leave no stars I would. For such a known company their customer service and policies are horrible. I ordered 2 pairs on a Friday, just got a email saying one of the pairs I purchased are on sale, I called on the next business day (Monday) and they said they wont adjust the price. They said id have to order them again and return but good luck getting it approved for a return. I have never had a company say they wont do this. I haven't even received the shoes yet, so I have no idea why they couldn't make this adjustment. They really don't care about their customers or their experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Purchased an item on sale. Was fully aware of return policy, but on website nothing was saying about it being final sale or not eligible for a return.
All company does is stitching up people selling them crappy items and then don't approve return. Very unprofessional. Just a scammers.

I wanted to take advantage of end of season sales in August 2023 and decided to buy a pair of Crocs online. After the shipping costs (there should not be a shipping cost!), there was virtually no savings, but I found a a pair of crocs that were suitable and decided I would get the pair sent. It took three fricking weeks to receive the pair! When I tried the crocs on they were too small. So, I ultimately sent them back... total hassle! It took 2 attempts on the phone to work out return shipping and about an hour on hold and conversation between the two calls. The other issue is, I could not just "easily" return the crocs to an authorized dealer in Vancouver (as the customer service person said I could), because EVERY single store that Crocs Canada had on their website either did not exist anymore or refused to take my ordered crocs as a return or exchange= total BS! I was willing to mail my crocs back and exchange for a pair that fit, but the company said I had to return, get a refund, and go through the whole process again- really? I sent the Crocs off. SEVEN weeks later, I got the refund. The entire process of purchase, return, and refund took about 2 and a half months! Why would I ever buy from these guys again? In fact, you should not.... Because of Crocs Canada, I actually lost a little faith in online shopping. Do not buy from these guys unless you want to be frustrated.

Bought crocs for Xmas gift. Need to exchange them for a bigger size ! Wrote the company - they said nope even though they are brand new with tags on them. Reason - I purchased them too early for Xmas (in November ). Terrible horrible customer service!!! Just want an exchange

The worst possible customer service. Rude idiot answered the call, provided conflicting information, a basic “look it up on line” response. Spitting mad. If you want these shoes but them in the store.

Crocs.ca is the worst run business I've ever had to deal with. They literally ruined my families Christmas! We placed an order on the last day, prior to the advertised deadline to receive your product before Christmas. To our horror the order was canceled the next day due to an "unexpected error"! A 20% discount code was offered and we were encouraged via email to reorder our item. Seeing as only one day had passed, we reordered and hoped for the best that it arrive in time. Once again, the next day, we received the calculation email that our order had been canceled due to an "unexpected error" with the same resolution offered. This time we opted to phone in to the call center and speak to someone on the phone to rectify the situation. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, a very helpful representative answered and able to explain that there had been an error with the website inventory and despite appearing to be in stock, the item we had ordered was actually sold out. He offered to assist us with another order for a different item that he confirmed was in stock, and offered 2 day expedited shipping for free to ensure we still received our item prior to Christmas. With his assistance, we placed the order a third time, glad to finally be on track! YET AGAIN, the following day we received the same familiar cancelation email and resolution offer. Now December 20th and too late to receive anything prior to Christmas we once again called the CROCS call center and received the same speil about an inventory error, explanation that items move fast close to Christmas accompanied by and offer to assist with an order for another item, this time with no offer for free expedited shipping or suggestion that we might receive anything prior to Christmas. Then in the same sentence the representative told us the item that we had ordered and had been canceled, was now ACTUALLY IN STOCK and we could order it again! I think we'd be fools to believe a CROCS employee yet again. We now have 3 credit card authorizations outstanding on our card, impacting our available funds and need to go out last minute shopping to look for an alternative Christmas gift.

Stay away from shopping on this website, we will never deal with CROCS again!!

Crocs.ca extremely slow return/refunds. Returned delivery date June 28, no refund as of July 20. Had to contact them via chat, says it will take another 5-10 business days. Get your chit together, refunds don't take 30 business days.

Ordered mens size 10, was sent womens 10. Reordered and paid for both.
Tried to return wrong size which they admitted was their mistake but I had to pay the $20 shipping!!
Two days of frustration dealing with robots, phone on hold forever, agent with poor English who claimed no one available in North America. Never again Crocs!

I have only ordered on line 1x, bought all others in store. No issues with on line purchase. I just placed an order for Father’s Day so I’ll see. I can’t say enough about Crocs. I have been wearing the sandals for 20 years. They are most comfortable shoes! I wore a pair of Naot sandals walking around all day one vacation and my legs ached. I can wear croc sandals all day and my feet and legs don’t hurt. I have MULTIPLE sandals and regular crocs. Between my daughter (RN), husband, and I, we have probably 20 different pairs in this household lol

The delivery itself was good.

If you were lucky and got exactly what you wanted you will have no issues. If you needed to reach customer service or initiate a return, you will have sone difficulty since Crocs does not make it easy for you.
I was able to print my packing slip but no additional help to be found on the site or in the emails. I had to go to Reddit to find the return address to send the item back to. I have never heard of this.
This is also the only store I have made a purchase online from for over $100 that does not pay for your returns.
I have no idea when I will receive my refund but I don’t have high hopes. It’s been over 10 days so I will have to stay hopeful.
I will never purchase from Crocs Canada again and do not recommend it either.

Least intelligent humans ever! I placed an order almost a week ago, I called 2 days ago asking when it will ship or cancel it. They won't cancel and don't know why it hasn't shipped. I called again today they still don't know why it never shipped and I haven't received an email nothing. I have now blocked them from access on my Paypal account and the authorization is dropped. Never ordering from them again.

I found 'free returns' to be entirely misleading, as you still have to pay the postage to make the return and this is not refunded. So on a $50 pair of Crocs I had to pay $25. Won't shop there again.
