Rebecca Jenkins our CRM account manager is always a pleasure to speak to and is very knowledgable about our creditsafe product.

We not only paid for this years subscription but we were given an opportunity to pay for next years subscription at this years price if we paid now. Which we did and have the receipt for. We then were kicked out of the system. We have been put back and have had an email saying that they will send us an invoice to join the system. We are not happy

Always helpful and they listen to your requests and try to help wherever they can. So far they have always been quick to assist with technical issues mainly around finger trouble and the products are easy to use.
