Working with Branded Web Studios on my project was a great idea. Their design and development team performed well throughout the whole process. The revisions I needed were delivered time to time which made the flow more streamlined. I'm a really painstaking person and hard to deal with at times as a customer but they were patient about it and took the time to meet my needs. I have had an amazing experience working with Carl and his team on getting my logo design completed. There was clear communication on expected time frames to receive information back for review and acceptance. Carl and the team was very open with helping me on options when i was unclear on the vision on my logo. They provided me a great first group of ideas which helped me to help with the vision I was looking for. They were very helpful on additional views with the logos they sent to me. It was a very easy process and completion on getting my logo!!!! Can't wait to start sharing my logo!!!!

Totally unacceptable standards of workmanship, lack of quality control, not professional and not responsive.

When calling to speak to a sales rep, I was told that "everything" was included... look at all that is included for the price of $799, even though at the time, the price was only $699 on their site.
Zack continues to tell me of all their clients rave reviews stating that they worked to design Charlotte's Web website... I felt confident that all of his set expectations would meet my needs. I was curious though... for a set price of $799, how did they make residual money afterward? $799 for the life of a site seemed well under priced, and was assured that "everything" was included and that there were no hidden charges. That all I would have to pay was the $799 and everything would go swimmingly well.
Fast forward a week and I get my first call from a "designer" who walks me through all of options available for the site. At the end of each option he says "Does that sound good?" I'm thinking "yeah!" This is a good deal. That was until he says, "Ok that'll be $700!!!!!!!"
Wait!!! I just paid $799, and was told that everything was included and that after that, no further charges would be accrued and now this guy wants to double the charge. No work had been performed up to that point, only another sales call.
I immediately was upset. Here I was told how wonderful that site was going to be and then this sales guy tries to sell me all the things I'll be missing which sounds like the site is going to pale in comparision to my original expectations.I asked if it was an option I could add at a later date and was told no, it was now or never. I've built sites before. I'm not new to this and this sales guy is telling me a bunch of lies as if I was from the hill country.
I wrote into the company for an immediate refund. I don't trust the organization as a whole and quite honestly now have a growing concern for my clients information. If they've already lied to me about the process and have doubled the fees in a week, how am I supposed to trust that they will protect and take care of my clients information. They refused to refund and so now I'm here to warn you, don't get ripped off.
I'm completely saddened by it all and am disgusted.
Their actual work is good. Thier business practices are deplorable.

Great company. I had my logo made and I and very happy with it. Fast turn around. Great customer service every time I spoke to someone. I would recommend this company for anyone that need a logo or talented designers to help with a project.
