Attention to detail is fair at best. I needed to re-ask for the same thing to be done multiple times. Not sure if it was a language barrier problem or just extremely low attention to detail.

The final logo is great and they were finally able to get it to what we envisioned.

I normally don’t write reviews however, I really felt that the review is the least thing I could do to show how pleased I am with our logo. My business partner and I just started our new business. I was interested in having a couple of logos created for apparel items, i.e. t-shirts/hats/etc. From the time I started interacting with their team, communication was great. Usually it took 24-hours to update any design ideas, but it is what I had expected. Carl was always good at getting back to me and offering a few choices to my logo ideas. In the end he created a few designs and one in particular we ended up printing on T-shirts which was a huge success. I would recommend this company based on the work they provided for our organization. Thank-you Carl for the great work!

NEVER EVER PAY ALL UPFRONT !
I write here about my true experience with Branded Logos. I generally don't like writing 1 star reviews unless necessary especially in this case. They are currently deleting any 1 star they're receiving trying to delete all their negative reviews claiming they have come from competitors or private details used or that they don't know that customer. They don't want you to know the truth. ITEC Devices Ltd, Blitz designs, Branded Logos is a UK company with their IT in Asia. Such dishonest company taking upfront payments from their customers and showing you some small designs making you believe that they're working on your project. My project manager was never accessible once they got all my payments that was it he was gone yet his name would appear on the chat now zendesk, when calling the office several mins before I was told he's off work, yet he was on chat now. I was always given excuses he's sick or in a meeting. When confronted on Zendesk chat now he would go offline. My emails and calls were not answered as the manager was only person on this project so no one else could help I was told. Weeks later I called the office my manager answered the call disguising his voice pretending to be another person, this became scary unprofessional to say the least. This is a honest review and with the help of my bank I was able to get all my refund. Especially when I told them my fraudelent experience and showed evidence of my emails. It's called a scam branded logo. Taking someone's money and not providing them the services they have paid for. Please don't get greedy if your unable to do the projects and you can't do the service you took the payments give back our refunds. I hope no one will ever experience what I experienced. You know what you have done and how many people you've misled. DONT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT go to your bank and report this fraud.
Complain to the bank this is a fraud company. Don't make wire transfers because Branded logo try to play smart games, get every penny back.
Stop misusing the trust pilot flagging of emails. I can prove I was a customer with our email and invoice. One day you will be in trouble for cheating Thank you.
