I ordered a Scarah Screams doll in january. A collector doll. Cannot be bought later. In april i ordered a rochelle doll and wanted to cancel the rochelle doll order. I emailed mattel about it and added the rochelle order code. Instead they cancelled the Scarah screams doll. I wrote again saying they made a mistake and i want it fixed. They told me the Scarah Screams order cant be fixed. Still waiting for the rochelle order to be cancelled. Absolutely horrible company and horrible customer service. Never order from them. Its not worth it unless you live in america

Ultimamente la qualità delle Barbie è molto scadente rispetto al passato, tralasciando lo stile degli abiti, a volte troppo minimalista, poi anche la qualità dei materiali delle bambole, dai capelli di plastica che sono elettrici, poi ai corpi delle bambole che a momenti sembrano richiamare più dei robot che delle bambole, ormai se compro, compro solo Barbie vintage, lì la qualità era alta in ogni aspetto.

They sent me a wrong doll. I bought a girl barbie and they sent me a boy version. I couldn’t be bothered returning it. It’s disappointing. The only good thing is the item arrived safely.

Another 1 star experience with this company.

I’m absolutely done. This last release for the RWB was the last straw for me. I’m done, and moving forward with another brand that respects and loves its collectors more.

Checking ebay you’ll see dozens of scalpers selling 5 or more items, on something that should be 2items exclusive for members.

It’s slowly eroding brand reputation and destroying the community. Sad really.

Stornierung eines vorbestellten Artikels wird so dargestellt, als ob der Kunde selbst diese ausgelöst hat. Liest man dann die Vorbesteller AGBs ist das Unternehmen gleich richtig unten durch. Allein die lächerliche Formulierung „aus irgendwelchen Gründen“ jede Vorbestellung stornieren zu können ist eine Frechheit. Ich lasse meine RLC Mitgliedschaft bei Mattel nun ruhen und das war es für mich mit Mattel

Waited to get a 80th Hot Wheels set and got 1 in my bag and jumped right on iyt to pay and it was taken away. NEVER GOT CHANCE TO PAY. Wanted this for my 12 year old grandson that collects Hot Wheels. He was very excited but NOPE MATTEL CREATION JUST CRUSHED A DREAM OF HIM OWNING for them to sell to people that will resell for double or triple the price. JUST WRONG....NOT HAPPY

Mattel Creations: I do not like that they have taken away Barbie's breast in the holiday Barbie. They need to make an adult version of the holiday Barbie at the same price with the large breast. The flat chest on Barbie is not working for the older collectors of Barbie. I received the 2024 holiday Barbie for my birthday and was disappointed in the flat chest. Especially with all of the decorations in the box, it takes away from the Barbie doll and her dress.

I am not sure if I have the right site. But here I go. Please stay away from these apps, skip-bo and phase10 casual and game. These games are fixed for the player to lose the games. Do not waste your time or money on these games. They are not random they are fixed for the player to lose. Nobody, lose 20 times in a row without the game been fixed, for the player to lose. Do not waste your time on these games!!!

Des arnaqueurs j'ai reçu une monster high mal fabriquée la mèche de devant de travers et une tâche au niveau de l'oeil 80 euros j'ai payé je demande une étiquette de retour et ils refusent !!!!
Il ne veulent pas que je retourne la poupée squid game elle est encore emballée je n'ai pas déballée on voit a travers le plastique!!
Des arnaqueurs faites attention j'ai fait un litige PayPal.... J'ai pas eu le choix
Je pensais que Mattel création serait un site sérieux bah non meme sur Aliexpress j'ai des meilleurs produits OMG et en plus je peux retourner les produits gratuitement or la Mattel création me refuse mes droits de retour !!!!

Zahlung und Versand lief einwandfrei. Keine Probleme beim Zoll und auch die Sendungsverfolgung hat gut funktioniert. Dauerte ca. 4 Wochen nach Deutschland und das Paket kam sehr gut verpackt und ohne Schäden an. Würde dort wieder bestellen.

Kein Kundenservice. Mails werden nicht beantwortet: Bestellungen sind 10 Tage und länger bezahlt und es passiert nichts. Leider kann man den Laden in Amerika nur über das better Business bureau bewerten. Das geht aus Deutschland heraus aber nicht.

Grottig wie dieses Unternehmen mit Kunden umgeht.

Auf keinen Fall sollte man Member werden.
