Shipped product unsealed so it spilled…

Shipped product unsealed so it spilled in the packing. Emailed company with pictures and no response. Raises concerns on quality of product. Poor customer service.
UPDATE: after company saw my posting, they did reply and ultimately provided a replacement product. I'm appreciative so my rating has been increased a little.

I have used several times- every time was excellent

They have great pricing for the lightener I use, it comes fast and always well packaged. I have used them about 5 times now and have been thrilled.

Barbersalon.com is my go-to for hair products if comparing to local prices & selections. Probably ordered at least 6 times already & no issues with purchasing & on my orders.

Low price at a - price you pay.

They do offer better price for hair color. But their return policy is horrible.
You can not write a review about the product either. So once you buy something, you’re stuck with it.

Competitive prices, Fast order fulfillment

I ordered a new electric shaver from barbersalon.com after coming across them via a web search. They stuck out with their competitive price. I worried that it might have been too good to be true, but I took the leap. I'm glad I did. I ordered on a Sunday night and the shaver was shipped out Monday morning. The correct item arrived in perfect condition.
