Worst experience ever. Nearly $600 purchase I made 2weeks ago and still waiting for it. Only to be told now by courier company another 5 days until it arrives 😆 3-4 business days postage guarantee...an absolute joke and was for my sons 6th birthday too. Will never deal with them or that courier company ever again. Unfortunately I can't give zero star rating or I would.

I ordered 2 rolls of false turf from Crazy Sales. This is my second order of the same product. The price was very reasonable and the product was of very good quality.
My order amazingly only took 3 days to be delivered and I received regular updates about the order. Very impressed with the professionalism of the company. Will happily shop there again in the future.

I bought a "rechargeable hand warmer" from CrazySales for a holiday in Europe. When the product arrived... it wasn't rechargeable. It had a pocket. To put in a powerbank.
Apparently, "having a pocket" is the same as "rechargeable" and, I quote, "this does not affect the functionality of the item" so, at the time of writing, they've refused a full refund.

Purchased the Funko Advent Calendar, The Nightmare Before Christmas, 24 Pocket Pop.

Product was a completely counterfit FUNKO product including the packaging and the toys inside.

Be very cautious purchasing brand names on CrazySales as your likely going to receive a counterfeit version and not the real deal.

I've reached out to Crazysales for a refund as they are advertising the sale of a legitimate FUNKO product.

Completely fake product knocked off of the real FUNKO brand.

Masquerading as an Australian company do your believe your product will be locally sourced and sent. It’s not. No idea where my package came from only that it was internationally sourced and took almost a month to arrive. It was a Santa suit so I had repurchase from Amazon two days before Christmas. They are impossible to get hold of, tracking is non existent and they do their best to drag everything out as long as they can so that you fall outside of the 30 day change of mind guarantee. It’s not a change of mind if it didn’t arrive in time and if you hadn’t falsely advertised as an Australia company based in Victoria I wouldn’t have purchased from you to begin with.

If ever the was a company that needed to be investigated for breaches in consumer law it is Crazy Sales. They are basically just scamming people out of money.

Do yourself a big favour and just buy directly from Temu. Quarter of the price, shipping is quicker and the customer service is pure delight in comparison.

Avoid this company!! Took 1 month to receive my order and received a fake!! Advertised as a 'Jellycat Amuseable' what I received was a terrible counterfeit item!! Thank goodness I paid with paypal. Taken until today to get a refund. I sent Crazysales numerous emails for updates on delivery and was continually told to be patient. I questioned the authenticity of the item and was told lies!! Just not acceptable business at all!!

I bought a remote control advertised as a replacement for a Dyson Cool Tower Fan. Not only doesn't it work, but they expect you to pay for return postage. I am currently disputing through PayPal. I sent pictures of the product, but they are requesting proof of fault, which without a video is next to impossible, and they know that.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. My advice steer clear, at least if you buy off Temu they offer a free return & refund or a store credit.

I want to give no stars as this company is a scam, AI generated responses, tracking company doesn't exist...you give them your money plus high shipping & no product !@@@

Bought what I thought was a automatic ball thrower for my dog, but no the ball just dribbles out, rubbish, now I find out I can’t return it because I’ve opened the box for gods sake. Do not use this company. You will only be dissatisfied.

Ordered a a small adapter on 12 Dec 2024. It just arrived on 2 Jan 2025. Meanwhile, an item ordered on Amazon on 20 December 2024 from USA arrived in Australia just 4 days later. If you are after quick delivery I would avoid it. The Item was of acceptable quality

Crazy sales have still failed to give me any information on the whereabouts of my order, refused to give me a refund, said I didn't pay express shipping, sent them prove and they still refused to pay me what the owe me. They have clearly lost my order and don't want to give my money back. I will now contact the ACCC.

Don't use them. I have not received the product and have received hundreds of dodgy marketing emails. I rue the day i put in an order which seemed too good to be true.

Don’t, don’t, don’t! Worst on line sales platform ever. Order, pay, and then wait, wait, and wait. And if you are in your twenties you may, just may receive it before you die. If you call customer service waiting time one and half hour. I placed order three weeks ago, nothing yet. To add oil to fire, same product is 25% cheaper on eBay. Don’t, even consider!

Ordered a sticky golf set inc of all balls, 2 mats, clubs etc. After reading the reviews post order I was skeptical and the tracking number i received never updated, so I thought I lost my money. HOWEVER, I can not say my experience was the same as the bad reviews on here. Today is the 27/12/24 and it was delivered this morning which is in the final day of the time frame and the product is in great order with everything in the pack.

Ordered a clock 20 days ago and just received it today. Do not buy from them, it arrived completely broken! Not happy.. pay abit more and order elsewhere 😡
UPDATE:- received a reply surprisingly, sent photos and can't believe I received a refund!
Still wouldn't buy from them again though..think I was just lucky!

No delivery, unable to contact them
Ordered some speed boats for my sons for Xmas on 6/12/24. Received notification on 7/12/24 that it has been shipped. Now 23/12/24 and nothing has arrived. Checked the tracking number that they gave me. It says that the sender has created a shipping label but the courier aramex has not yet received the parcel.
Tried to call but number is disconnected. Tried to log an enquiry through the webpage form but it won’t let me submit it as says my order ID is invalid.

Update: kept trying the number and finally got through. Was on hold for a while then got to speak to someone who was helpful. The parcel is still overseas so hasn’t yet been received by the local courier, hence the message on their tracking. She directed me to a website sendfromchina.com where I could search using the same tracking number and it shows its progress overseas.
She said original eta was 4-12 business days but due to Christmas there have been delays. The new eta is 31st December. I asked about compensation and she offered a $10 credit to my PayPal account. She advised that this will be processed after my order is received.

Ordered a dance mat for my young cousins for Christmas, tracking number didn’t work and haven’t received the item! What an absolute scam

Bought a pottery wheel about a week ago. Although my order disappeared from my account profile, the staff confirmed that the order was being processed and arrived very quickly within 5 days. Very good quality! A lot of bad reviews on this site - I cannot say my experience was the same.

I contacted the courier, was told their shipping number given to me didn’t exist.
Tried emailing, no response.
Tried calling. Waited 2hrs to speak to someone. Eventually got someone, they put me on hold to check a problem. Waited another hour then line went dead!
They are scammers+++. Never purchase anything from them. They should be stripped of their business!

My product did not arrive, there has been only 1 email after purchase and it was to confirm payment. When I went to tracking it couldn't give me information. Then when I went to another very small link on the page it said Oh No we are sorry Item is unavailable check out similar items. What a scam! Why would it say available when making the purchase. My daughter now has no Christmas gift. I have sent an email to recover my payment. Glad I used PayPal.
