We really appreciate your comments! It’s great to hear our communication met your expectations and made the order experience easier!

Not received order after 9 days
Not received order after more than 15 days. Company were apologetic and have refunded me. It looks like Royal Mail lost the delivery but as the company chose not to use a full tracking service, it was impossible to know what was going on.

We take pride in our quick delivery and friendly service, and the vast majority of orders arrive promptly without any issues. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to put things right.
