Ered asy to place an order but unfortunately the inks took a long time to be delivered (14 days) which meant I had to purchase some from somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback and for your order. We are glad you found the ordering process easy.
We're sorry the delivery took longer than expected on this occasion. As you mentioned, we issued a refund when the parcel appeared delayed, and once it was delivered the following day the payment was reapplied. We appreciate you keeping us updated and thank you for your understanding.

Brilliant Delivery service
Ordered online and got confirmation almost straight away. They said they were shipping using Royal Mail so I was expecting a long wait but to my suprise my goode arrived just two days later & this was nearly as good that we have come to expect from Amazon.
