Not exactly the best customer service…
Not exactly the best customer service experience I've ever had with a retail company. The Sealey Bench was sent with 1 incorrectly manufactured leg, then another one sent was shorter than the other 3. Finally resolved by dealing with Sealey directly where a lovely helpful lady called Karen resolved the issue admirably by arranging the delivery of 4 new matching legs the very next day.

Sorry to hear the delivery from Sealey arrived without parts/with incorrect parts. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
We did all we could to liaise with Sealey to get this sorted for you and we are glad this has now been sorted.
