The sellers reached out and have been very helpful.
I thought nothing was happening with my order (hence the desire to cancel) but it had been dispatched - think the email with tracking got lost.
Initially tried contacting through email but neither message arrived.

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size casket for cremated ashes but this matter was dealt with professionally and sympathetically by Cathy immediately. She arranged for a larger sized casket to be delivered and the original one to be collected, but after two or three false starts from the couriers who finally admitted that the parcel had been lost in the depot, she promptly sent out another casket. The workmanship if second to none and I am extremely pleased with the casket - it was well worth waiting for.

I bought some white boxes from Cathy at The wooden Box Co.

They are excellent quality and worth every penny.

One of the boxes was damaged in transit and I spoke to Cathy about it on the phone. The next day a replacement arrived without any hesitation.

Fantastic customer service and genuinely care about their customers.

I recently placed an order and I accidentally ordered the wrong colour clay I needed for a specific project. I contacted them and they swapped the clay colour meaning my Grinch Christmas earrings have been saved and will be available at my next fair! Disaster averted! I will be placing my orders here regularly now.

I placed an order for a few wooden boxes, and received a call within an hour or so to let me know that unfortunately one of the items I ordered was actually not in stock and if I would like to wait on stock or change for a different item!

I was so impressed with both the speed of the phone call and the friendliness when dealing with the new items!

Also how well the items were packaged as I have had some wooden boxes from other places (ie amazon!) in the past arrive dinged up :(

I have since been back and ordered more items, and emailed with Cathy a few times, the communications have been fantastic and usually within a few hours! (Normally I am waiting for a reply sometimes for days with other companies!!)

I needed non-toxic sealant for a bird bath project and they were happy to talk me through information on the phone. Unfortunately when it arrived the container has been damaged in transit. A replacement was put in the post immediately. Great to deal with businesses like this .

I ordered a wood slice from Craftmill to make into a house sign but when it arrived i soon realised it was not large enough, it was thin, narrow and lightweight and overpriced for what it was. I contacted Craftmill who asked me to send it back for a refund but i decided that was to much hassle.

I was so happy to see that I could get the clay I wanted at a decent price, delivered quickly. Ran by a family that are willing to discuss any issues :)

I ordered some boxes which I couldn't find anywhere else. I messaged them for any information at all on my delivery but they responded only once saying they'll look into it and I haven't heard from them since.

I am struggling with having to order from them as they're the only supplier, or not getting any update or order number.

Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I was able to record an order number there, please do the same so you have a record as they won't send you an email confirmation of your order, or reach out to you with any customer service at all.

Very disappointing as their site looks so nice and professional.

I have ordered twice now from the Craftmill and think they are brilliant. I have been looking for sturdy wooden boxes to make products with for my very small business. When looking on their website I noticed discounted products so as I am struggling financially to keep my little business afloat right now I thought I would give this a try. Anyways I would highly recommend shopping from here. The products I received were of high quality beautifully made. If you look at all the different sections of products the craftmill has they have such variety. Not to mention that delivery was lovely and fast. I will be buying again as soon as I can afford to. Thank you for your great service much appreciated :)

After seeing negative reviews I was hesitant to order my crafts through Craftmill, however no negative reports here!
My order was processed and delivered within 2 days.
Fast service, delivery was early!
Would recommend and will definitely be using them again!

Impossible to get a refund for a poor quality product, beware.

Bestilte noget ler til støbning af hænder og fødder. Ventede over en måned uden at modtage noget og uden at have fået track and trace på pakken. Kontaktede kundeservice og fik efter noget tid sendt en ny forsendelse med track and trace. Modtog pakken 4 dage efter. Så jeg er godt tilfreds med deres kundeservice :-) og vil anbefale dem
