Amazing service, great product
Amazing service, super-quick delivery,and a great product.I phoned the Wooden Box Mill early one morning to ask about a new product for which they were taking pre-orders. I spoke to Dave (who I later discovered was one of the co-owners). He patiently listened to my request and explained that the new champagne wooden box was due to arrive from the manufacturer on Wednesday. I needed it by Friday. He said that if I ordered it today (Tuesday) when it was delivered to them on Wednesday he would personally mark my order as urgent. The box arrived today (Thursday), a day earlier than my deadline. The invoice had a handwritten “urgent” on it. The box itself is perfect for my oversized, at its base, bottle, well made and great looking. I’m so impressed with this company and very grateful for the personal service. Wholeheartedly recommended.
