Seller isn't honest. My order of "Dots Handmade Bee Blossoms" was supposed to be for handmade ceramic blossoms made in North Carolina by Dot. Instead they shipped ugly plastic "blossoms" which look like cheap mass produced imports. Seller was insisting I ship these back to Hong Kong if I want a refund; "Julia" finally "offered" a 50% PayPal refund without returning the items. I believe they fraudulently and intentionally shipped improper items so I shouldn't incur any cost, or at least I could ship them to the Florida location which forwarded the package to me instead of an international shipment to Hong Kong. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I was also SCAMMED by them. The bee cups are NOT ceramic, not as pictured, no stakes, flimsy boxes crushed in a shipping bag. Didn't do my homework: Dot Calloway passed away in 2008, her details stolen from the obituary. Money back only if you return ship to China. TOTAL SCAM

After reading Dot’s long story about her pottery in North Carolina, I ordered the hand-made Bee Blossoms. I then read all of the scathing reviews of this product and attempted to cancel my order. The “contact us”phone number on the website is in Hong Kong, China. When I called the number it was automatically picked up but no one was actually on the line. I then emailed them to cancel my order and refund my charge. I will now have to contact PayPal and my credit card company. Returning these items would most likely cost more than the item cost, so that is really not an option. Do not order these! Along the same lines, I would not order the butterfly houses , the bird houses, or anything this website is selling. I think it’s all coming from China - not from North Carolina crafts people. You would be receiving cheaply made items of poor quality that would require you to ship back to China at your expense. This website has long stories about birds , butterflies, and wonderful long-time crafts people who are retiring or moving and just selling their last handmade items. Don’t believe it word of it!!!

SCAM as all the others have said. I bought "Dot's handmade blossoms from NC", which are not! Same thing on TEMU (which I don't buy anything from) for less than half the price! How are they allowed to operate with totally false advertising?

Do not purchase from this company. They advertise that the products are locally made by artists. Now that I am seeking a refund - it goes to Hong Kong! What I received bears to resemblance to what I ordered. It looks like a piece of cheap plastic from Dollar General

This company is a complete scam, as many others here have written over the past several days. I ordered (what was advertised as) hand-made products from western NC, what I received are cheap, machine-made, resin/plastic, fake substitutes. I’ve emailed them for a complete refund and I’m so ticked off I won’t stop until I get it. I used PayPal on Shopify, so that I would be covered in an event such as this, and I’m also asking them to cut off any other transactions with these scammers.

SCAM! Same story as all the others have reported. The remedy is to CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD FRAUD DEPT - mine has received SO many complaints about this scam company, they just refunded my money, closed the case, and told me to do with the junk I received as I wish: landfill or give away. I wouldn't expose this stinky plastic to any bee or other insect.

I should have checked here first! I ordered Dot's Bee Blossoms and like other folks here, I received something totally different. What I received were resin poured and painted with no stakes. They look nothing like the advertised product. In order to return them, you have to ship them to Hong Kong.
Total waste of money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a set of 4 handcrafted ceramic bee watering flowers on metal poles made in South Carolina by Dot.
I received 4 cheap resin ugly short little things, not ceramic, not on poles, and not by the artist. Boxes taped with "I love China" tape. 😩 Ugh.
They expected me to send them back to Hong Kong for a refund with me responsible for shipping costs!!!
After several exchanges, they are offering me 30% back and I can keep the product.

The items pictured and ordered are nothing like what was received. I ordered glazed flowers shown elevated off the ground by stands/sticks for holding water for Bees. I received plaster 5" tall flowers...not glazed. Not sure if I was sent wrong items or this was false advertising.

The item I received did not remotely resemble what was ordered. I was offered a refund, however the return would need to be mailed to Hong Kong. Definitely not worth my time not to mention the expense.
Beware of dealing with this bogus business.

This company is a scam. They advertise hand-made products made in the USA, and when they arrive, they are cheaply made. Sure, they'll give you a refund, but you must return to China.

I received my Dot's Handmade Bee Blossom's today. The items are nothing like the picture described in the original order. Dot is supposedly from North Carolina but this item clearly states "Made in China". What a disappointment to think you are supporting a craft merchant but in actually receive a cheap item from China. Do not buy from CraftFolk.

I would rate less than one if I could. You think you are ordering handcraft made items, but it really just junk made in China. I ordered the bee flowers too and they are just crappy painted pieces of resin. The company is falsely advertising their goods. Can't return because you have to ship it back to China! Awful...run as fast as you can away!

Gorgeous little bee flowers shown - not real. And maybe the woman in NC really makes these lovely little additions to the garden... What was sent was resin, poorly made, poorly painted (NOT the beautiful glaze as shown), and smells AWFUL. I'm not poisoning the bees in my area with these. Not worth returning, but not worth keeping either.

This site is an insult to every single craftsperson. Every image on this site is AI and comes from China yet claims it's all handmade. This is a huge scam.

Would rate zero if that were an option. This plastic junk from China is absolutely not what I thought I was ordering. Handmade by a lady in North Carolina?? What a joke!! I just gave my money to China. Do not fall for this scam like I did!! Buyer beware!! I'm not even going to try to return, since the return shipping address is in China and the cost to ship would be as much as I paid for the item.

Ordered the same ceramic bee blossoms as the other people on here. Supposedly made by a lady in N.C. . What I received was resin painted junk made in some factory in China. They look nothing like the pictures that I ordered from. Don't think I'll even attempt to return them. The address it says to return them to is longer than Webster's dictionary. Somewhere in China. Giant rip-off. DO NOT ORDER from them!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered what I thought were delicate ceramic bee blossoms with metal stands. Instead I received gaudy cheap bulky plastic flowers with no stand. Looks nothing like the picture. Thought this was a reputable site because it was advertised on shop app. Avoid at all costs.

I requested and received a refund within an hour of purchase. That said, the artist profiled was in North Carolina but my bank called to verify a charge from Hong Kong. The contact info on the order confirmation page: (Email address and Phone number: +1 724-865-6422) was undeliverable & Verizon was unable to connect by phone. I canceled my order via Craft Folks contact form on their website. I told them if there would be a tariff charge, to cancel my order. I used PayPal so my bank account was protected, but apparently the product would have been tariffed, meaning it wasn't made & shipped from NC.
