Avoid Cozy Pet - Selling Damaged Goods, With Missing Parts and Terrible Customer Service
Cozy Pet is an awful company, with a shocking rude Customer Service. I regret not reading all the bad reviews on here before I ordered my dogs car crate. It was advertised as new but with minor cosmetic damage as it was a Customer Return, it came with scratches, dents and bite marks all over it, also with 3 screws missing.
I rang several times, but all I got was an answer phone saying... it's full. I then emailed them several times before I got a reply, basically calling me a liar even though I sent them loads of pictures of all the damage. Without the screws I couldn't put it together even if I wanted too. This car crate should not of been resold, it should of gone straight to the knacker's yard.
Avoid! Awful company shipping damaged items

Have logged charge back through credit card. Goods not as described on website and awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Cozy Pet sends you items not fit for purpose
The item would not fit together properly - screws would just turn round and round without holding parts together. There were missing holes so you couldn't build the item. It was totally unfit for purpose and definitely too dangerous for my cats. PayPal ruled in my favour and gave me a full refund. I'm now going to take the item to the amenity tip as it's not safe for any cats.
Ordered two houses for our tortoises
Ordered two houses for our tortoises. One arrived one day and the other the day after. No problem with that but the second house had some poor quality issues with the roof felt. This had been poorly cut and water would simply run to the corner and soak into the untreated roof timber. I immediately sent Cozy Pets an email with photos. Waited a few days and nothing so then messaged via their webiste, again no reponse. Chased and rang again several times and did receive and email "sorry this product is perfect". I replied advising it clearly wasn't and offered up several options to resolve - return for full refund, deliver new house and collect defective one, send just a replacement roof, send suffient quantity of felt and I would recover the roof. Again, no reply from Cozy Pet. It was only when I encountered issues with them not replying to emails, ringing and hearing that their voicemail inbox was full that I read other reviews. Just wish I had read these first. Cozy Pet clearly do not reply to any complaints. It is a shame because one of the houses is a lovely product but they clearly have no idea on customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Land Rover Freelander 2
I was Looking for crate for my Freelander2 for occasional use and was able to find a returned crate for a great price ordered lunchtime and delivered direct the following morning .... fitted boot area with seats in place and ok not as sturdy as more expensive made to measure crates but ideal for my needs ....
Car Dog Crate
I ordered a dog crate for my car and I received the item the next day. It was easy to assemble and the crate is good quality, and exactly as described.
I am very happy with the purchase, this is the second time I have used CozyPet for a car dog crate - the first one lasted me 3 years and I only purchased a new one because I changed my car and the boot was smaller!
Highly recommended and very good prices.
Bars on door was not welded on
We brought rat cage RC05 one door bars was broken on it . So reason why I marked low stars . I didn't contact company as I put rats in when noticed it . But they seem very flimsy also sticker that says cosy pets won't stay stuck on cage

I won't ever order from this company again. Iv ordered 4 runs of them now. Never had an issue. This latest one I got had missing parts. So I emailed them and iv had nothing but horrible messages back. Arguing with me and calling me silly. And making me out to be a lier. I'm absolutely disgusted. Stay well clear!
I received a dog crate for thecar
I received a dog crate for the car,assembled it. Placed dog in It driving along I realised the catch had come loose and the dog was out.I contacted the company they stated that I couldn't return it because I had assembled it.I pointed out it wasn't apparent that it was dangerously defective until assembled.I went to Amazon who argued my case and I got a completed refund and postage via Amazon.DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
COZYPET ships broken items and refuses refunds
Second time ordering and I cant believe how bad they have been. Items sent broken and not fit for purpose. Sent 2 emails with evidence which went ignored. Escalated with paypal which prompted cozypet to reply. Only offered credit no refund, when all I originally wanted was replacement parts. They doubled down on making me pay for a return even though their products and service do not meet consumer rights act (2015). Took a PayPal review to fix. Paypal ruled in my favour for a full refund and not having to return items. I would avoid this company in future or be prepared to fight for your money back!

Customer Service Appalling
Bought a dog crate, did not assemble noticed the door catch is missing from the accessories pack. Contacted Cosy pet for a return label as not paying to return a package with missing items. Had to buy another crate as needed urgently. Received a reply asking for photographs? Not sure how to photograph a missing catch? Sent photographs of the door and accessory pack.
Each time I contact now I receive the same automated response.

Why I didn't read reviews before I bought the cage. Totally waste of time and horrible customers service. I've received wrong item which didn't match photos and description. Also the quality of the item was so poor.
The company didn't cover postage costs (almost £15) I'm still waiting for refund. Amazon is doing investigation now. I suggest to find another shop.
Good service for refund
We ordered a dog crate which arrived very promptly - it was of good quality but unfortunately it didn't fit our car (Mini Countryman). We returned the crate in the original packaging as specified and within three days we had the full refund.
Poor quality cage
Poor quality cage, thin plastic, my rats have chewed a hole through it in less than a month. I have tried telephoning the company and they do not answer their phone. I have sent an email but I don't hold out much hope. Avoid!
Awful service and delivery.
The hutch is ok but the service and delivery is awful.
I personally would not order from them again
Item was was next day delivery and should have arrived on Tuesday, it didn't arrive until Friday. My daughter waited in 2 days for it. We had to change our delivery address due to it not arriving .
When delivery was attempted the delivery driver advised that the hutch was not on the van so delivery would not be happening.
It was one failure after another and when it did arrive it was sent to the original address......A complete lack of organisation so I would order elsewhere!
Goods came corroded
Goods came corroded , unusable , when asked for return and refund of £189 , very long process, ( very poor customer service, emails ignored , phone not answering and voicemail full )to get it collected and returned . still not refunded , thieves they need reporting to tradings standard .
Need to work on their customer service model
Product was Ok, although the box had been through a rough time! However; they really need to work on their customer service when things go wrong i.e., non delivery of the product on the specified day by their chosen courier. I raised this with Cozy Pet as the sellers and received an email response that I thought was autogenerated as it was so impersonal, but as it had a name I guessed it was not; there was no salutation or valediction in the email, courtesy goes along way in good customer relations.

The RC05 medium rodent cage, laughably fragile
I bought the RC05 medium rodent cage. The overall cage is OK. The panels weren't quite square but the real issue is the base. It's laughably fragile, just a couple of mm of thermo set plastic. To the point of being unusable. Fortunately the cage comes with a lot of platforms so we used 3 of them to make a faux base. I don't think it's a long term solution though. For over £100 I'd have expected better.
Definitely not recommended.
Poor customer service skills
Very poor customer service- item arrived in a pristine/undamaged box but when unpacked there was rust on almost all of the panels. I made contact through their website and was delighted to get a positive response almost straight away that evening and sent the photos as requested and then nothing….until I followed it up the next day as time wasn’t on our side with a new puppy arriving.
We had already put the pen up and was told that it could only be returned if new and in the box with no acknowledgement that the item was defective or our consumer rights or we could have a 10% refund if we used it without the tray, which was odd as the tray is about the only part not damaged!
Communication lacked any detail (or grammar) to be able to make an informed decision, no mention of timescales etc or if they could swap it so yet another email was needed to get clarity.
Long story short- we had no faith that once they got the item back they would actually refund us, which would then leave us without a crate and out of pocket so we opted for the 10% refund to call it quits and cut our losses.
The item itself, minus the rust looks very good and the dispatch time and delivery was excellent, it’s just a real shame that the customer service lacks basic customer service skills especially when evidence etc has been provided and the item is very clearly defective.
