Fantastic Customer Service
Very informative website with useful details about sizing of boots. Very good choice available. Extremely quick (next day) delivery and very well packaged to ensure no damage to my hat or the boot box. I am very happy with my Ariat boots and new hat, and will definitely use this website again for future purchases.

We visited last weekend as we are off…
We visited last weekend as we are off to Texas for the summer holidays with our 3 children and my husbands parents. The service in the store was fabulous, we got some amazing bits for our trip, boots, shirts, belts...it was fab.
We went to the cafe next door after, and my son left his wallet there while using bathroom. We struggled the next day to contact the cafe so rang the boot shop and they went above and beyond to reunite my little boy with his wallet. Today, we recieved his wallet, with a note and bandana that warmed my heart and made his day. So thank you, so so much!
