These boots are made for dancing
I purchased a pair of Ariat boots online after first visiting the Cowboy Boot Store in Sheffield. Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, the assistants were incredibly helpful and attentive, and they happily let me try on lots of different pairs until I found the right style.
Unfortunately, the pair I chose wasn't in stock in my size, so I ordered them online instead. While I was in the store, I also treated myself to a gorgeous leather cowboy hat, which I absolutely love! I'd definitely recommend visiting the Sheffield store if you get the chance.
The online ordering process was seamless, and my boots arrived much sooner than I expected.
The Ariat boots are perfect, I absolutely love them! I wore them for the first time last weekend and danced all night! They were comfortable from the start and looked fantastic too.
Highly recommended, both for the excellent customer service and the quality of the products.

Brilliant product
I ordered a grey cowboy hat for my husband for his birthday and he was over the moon with it!

Pete and the team were amazing
Pete and the team were amazing. Due to an ankle operation my right foot required some trial and error but nothing was too much trouble for them.
I have now satisfied a twenty year yearning and have a beautiful pair of cowboy boots. Best decision I've made in a long long time...

A great independent shop
The customer service is excellent. Lots of advice and guidance on which boots would be best for your needs. No ‘hard sell’ tactics too which is a breath of fresh air. Lots of styles to choose from and not just boots. Plenty of other stuff to choose from jeans, hats, buckles. An absolute must visit shop when in Sheffield.

What a great retailer
What a great retailer. I ordered some boots for my daughter, which were very quickly despatched but they were a little tight. I contacted the Cowboy Boot Store, who were super helpful. Long story short, my daughter chose another pair which were very quicky sent and received. The process of returning the original boots was very clear. She loves the new boots!
