The service from Craig and Abbie was exceptional
The service from Craig was exceptional. I can thoroughly recommend the Biddulph office for going above and beyond expectations.
He was very helpful, knowledgeable and showed concern for the customer to provide the correct cover effortlessly.
Including Abbie in the review as she is really on the ball and recognises urgency of action beautifully.

Coversure Insurance is Designed to Sell you Policies that will definitely destroy your life.
I first bought insurance policies with good honest faith, during my 03 years of insurance policies there was absolutely nothing to worry about except I paid nearly £30,000.00 For the policies ( R.I.P Off ).
When I made a claim the policies Did NOT pay as I was held to account that I a very small vulnerable customer should have Hacked into their computers to correct the Deliberate Errors that was in their systems.
In total I made a complete loss of £50,000.00 ( Ouch 🤯 )

SCAM AND RIP OFF
I have 2 policies with Coversure and have done loyally for over 12 years. One of my main stipulations was that we were covered for compulsory closure.
We have been been compulsorily closed by the government due to Covid19 and Coversure are refusing to pay out because Covid 19 is 'not on their list of diseases'.
Of course it's not.....no one knew about it until recently.
If you are a member of the National Hairdressers Federation and have a salon policy with Coversure, it's not worth the paper it's written on. £10,000 of premiums and a customer for over a decade and you refuse to pay out when we need you most.
YOU HAVE LOST MY CUSTOM - I'VE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF AS I DO AT THIS MOMENT.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very poor
Very helpful until you pay in full, then its taken 2 weeks to get my documents which are very vague and lots of items missing and ive had to pester them 3 times to just write out my coverage schedule and they dont want to talk to you and quick to hang up and still waiting for a clear document to send off to my customers
