Professional and reliable service

A friend recommended Greenfields as a broker locally to me to help me with insurance as a new landlord. Christina guided me through the various options and levels of cover available to ensure I received the best policy for my needs. Very professional and honest service with no pressure. Wouldn't hesitate using again when I need to renew.

Do not use this company

Called for a home insurance quote, spoke to Livi he was really rude and unhelpful. He didn’t want to speak to me at the start ‘as he finished in 15 minutes’. I didn’t ever get a call back even tho I was promised one after taking down my details. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent service for contents insurance

We have been using Greenfield insurance brokers for years to source our bespoke contents insurance. It came with an optional legal cover that we took. Fortunately we did as we recently had to use lawyers to defend ourselves from a third party claim and the legal insurance company accepted to appoint lawyers on our behalf. The process and the service has been ever so smooth and we are so grateful!

Absolutely superb service

Absolutely superb service from Christina and the team. They beat other quotes I had by nearly £1500 and with additional policy benefits. No question was too stupid and she gave great advice about avoiding being underinsured. I’ve used them three times now and have been 100% impressed every time. Thank you
