Bought a box of masks. The rubber band holding the mask to my face broke the minute my wife and I tried them. Every single one. Better just donate your money to the Red Cross. Lost $29 and company refuses to refund or replace product.

I had ordered 3M 1860 NIOSH N95 Respirators from COV CARE web site. Basically the short story is I contacted the 3M company and they stated that COV CARE is not authorized to sell 3m Masks and the ones I bought were fake. Instead of coming from the USA they were marked with Asian writing on the box they came in. Possibly China

Just received fake 3m n95 masks. Not at all like the real ones I bought last year. Tried to put it on and non elastic strap broke off immediately! I canceled the rest of my order and hope to get a refund!
Don’t bother with this company!

Fake 120 1860 N95 masks w/o 3M Safe Guard™ id numbers on the bottom of the package. Complete scam!

CovCare was selling 3M 8210 N95 masks. I purchased 10 for $6 a piece. They came with 3M 8210 N95 stamped on them, I thought they were legit, just priced at a higher cost. When I contacted 3M, I was told they are not their masks. Buyer beware; they are frauds. You are not purchasing true 3M N95 filtering masks, just shaped paper masks to look like they are real N95 masks. Alex Aleksandrovski only started this company last April, which should have been a clue.

Masks are defective. We called the 3M fraud hotline and were told that Covcare is on the list of fraudulent companies.

Bad Qualify products. All straps on a box of facemasks fall off; and when I began using the thermometer it doesn't work either. and I've emailed to no avail.... talked with them on the phone. They even made me send them pictures, which I did, and got nothing in the form of a refund. Company sells inferior products with no care for customer service.

Covcare cares! I can not be more happy with the quality of the products received (N95) masks. Their customer service interface was great when I had a question as well. Thank you!

Placed a order for 3M 8210 N95 masks. They were defective because the strap busts as soon as you try to wear the mask. I had to send pictures of the defective masks. They said they would email a mailing label to me even after I told them I did not have a working printer. I asked to speak to a manager but no manager is ever there and they do not return your calls. Two months later I again order the same masks and they sent the same defective lot number that I had told them was defective. They do not listen, take feedback, call you back. Very poor customer service and bad management. I again had to send them pictures and again I asked to speak to a manager which has not happened. I do not mind paying more if the masks are good but do not like it when a company refuses to listen to its customers. This comp[any has problems.

No star, never got the product, no tracking, no respond to messages. This person lied to us. He could be fake , scam artist. Such a shame, if he is real worst business ever. One month already he has been holding our money , filing dispute already.

It took longer than expected to receive the N-95 3M small mask, but CovCare was always very responsive and the order did arrive. Order was correct, legitimate, and exactly what I ordered. I truly think this company is just trying to fulfill high demand PPE orders.

I ordered KN 95 masks early in the pandemic and got them in a reasonably decent amount of time, given the problems with the mail and items coming from China. Second batch I ordered said they had ear loops, and when they arrived, even the box showed loops, but they were the kind that wrap around the back of your head. CovCare wouldn’t give a refund. I suspect they got a bum batch and could not return them. Any rate I am Ordered from another company with no problem.

Scam company! Do NOT buy from them. I bought 3M N95 (that were in stock in October) never received them (3 months later). Reached out many times, they answered with apologetic messages, but never delivered my masks. I have not received my refund. I will wait for more few days, I will contact my credit card company.

This is not the first time I have ordered from this co. At one time this was the only co. Where you could buy N95 masks. There are now many and better options. The first order, paid extra for expedited delivery. Order came months later. They were supposed to credit me for the expedited delivery. Never happened. They have changed their name from Covcare to I believe cov cares. Why? Ordered a box of 20 1860 N 95 masks. Box was open. There were 19masks of different lot numbers in an open plastic bag. Received no response from them. Most recent order delivered after months, a box of 10. Received in no box. Masks were in a ziplock bag. Neither order had date of manufacture. I noticed that they are no longer a member of the BBB. They were at the time of my first order with multiple complaints.

I was desperately searching for N95 masks (I am a healthcare worker that works in a busy ICU and I wanted my own personal stash to supplement what the hospital gives us). I purchased the Markite 9500 N95 mask. First, the product is rough and uncomfortable to wear- it is quite abrasive against the nose and face and that was only after a few minutes. Second, despite what the confirmation email said (7-10d for delivery), it took almost one month to receive my order. There was no follow up email. It was difficult to get answers whenever I would call. Follow up info on product orders was non existent unless I contacted them. I understand there is probably a high demand but the absence of communication was terrible. I had to call twice to get updates and each time, I was told I would either get an updated email in 2-3 days or that it would be shipped (and I’d get a confirmatory email with tracking number) in the same time period, and the actual email would show up a week later. Unhappy with the product. Even unhappier with the communication.

I'm very disappointed in this company. I received my masks in it's original damaged box with no exterior box for protection. I tried to get a hold of someone in the support department and left messages for the supervisor. Phone calls were never returned. I asked for a reshipment in a proper protective box since mine was open and damaged, and I was refused by email. Unprofessional company. Says the headquarters are in New York. But the phone calls are answered in India. Would not recommend.

Purchased 5 specific masks. I was told masks would be mailed out in 5-7 days. Two weeks later no masks. Called CovCare. They said shipment didn't arrive, but would get shipment in a couple days and put me on priority mailing. Two weeks later no masks.
Requested refund; waiting for refund.
Company does not stand by what it says.

Karen, W., a Supervisor for Covcare, saved the day with her excellent , professional, and efficient customer service after my very poor experience with a customer "service?" rep whose name I won't mention. Supervisor Karen listened to my concern, told me she would discuss the issue with her team, and call me within 24 hours to report the outcome. And that's EXACTLY what she did! Kudos, and thank you Karen, great job!
