Terrible product quality and awful return policy due to needing to pay shipment back to China.

This company is listed as US based but really is managed by Mr. Lee in a projects-like location in Guangdong China. I’ve retuned items for a full refund costing an additional $32 as the items were deceptively poor quality than pictured. I shipped them both back since August 13th and my package has not left the Chinese Customs. The vendor, Maria who responds on email in the US, refuses to allow a refund despite the products being available for pickup in customs. I am working on shutting down this business from the US contact for fraudulent operations. This is clearly deceptive and stealing from the consumer in whatever way they can. They should not be allowed to sell anything to US clients.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I wish I had seen all the 1 star Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing from them. I bought a jacket from them, what came barely even qualified as a sweater. It was the poorest quality item I've ever received. When I asked to return it, they refused to let me return the item and give me my money back! They offered me a store credit but I did not want another one of their shoddy items. This was over email, and when I tried to call their customer service line it automatically hangs up. Absolute scam company

Very disappointed with the quality of my purchases and customer service. I recommend avoiding this company.

This site is a scam. They send the wrong item and then refuse to refund your money in full. do not use this company.

Very very poor quality. The worst customer service complete and utter scam and they will not refund your money, I almost feel like reporting them to the Better Business Bureau do not do any kind of business with them.

We emailed about the sizing on a jacket before ordering - actually on three jackets as none noted what L or XL meant. took a week to get the answer. Bought XL which when it arrived - after a long time, was truly XXL. Would not take a return. Jacket also not what was in the photo. Finally got a merchandise credit in full. Will never order from this site so that is useless.

Pants were terrible, quality and look were no where near the reality. They would take the product back for the low price of shipping $200, back to china. This place is a scam with terrible policies and merchandise. Don’t spend any of your money with this trash company.

None of the dresses i ordered looked or fit like the pictures online. I would like to return all 3 but shipping to China is a nightmare. Had i known this was not a USA company, i never would have ordered. I would not recommend this company- the dresses look cheap and not a good quality

UNBELIEVABLE! I received today the second pair of shoes which was not included in the original shipment. This is the SECOND pair I received which is the same same one as the one you already shipped. I now have the same pair twice and am no closer to the shoes I actually ordered. What is the matter with your organization? Are you that disorganized? Are you that careless? I notice as well that dozens of customers have the same complaints I do!!!
If your company is close to ceasing its activities, just say so. It will avoid a lot of aggravation to all.
It seems merchandise is shipped from China!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a winter coat, size 2XL. When I got it, I couldn't even put it on all the way it was so small. A size Small, Medium at best. The item was mislabeled and advertised. When I told the company I wanted my money back, they refused. It was "on sale" and their stated policy is you only get credit. Why would I want another item from this dishonest company? This was a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a linen pants and got polyester.it was pleated when I asked for a flat front. Communication with the company was ridiculous and they offered credit but nothing else. This company uses false advertising to take your money. I feel stupid for not reading the reviews prior to purchasing.

I wish I could use zero stars. I can’t believe I fell for such a scam. Clothes are listed as cotton and come as polyester. They are a heinous company that uses tricks and schemes to get your order then give you a ridiculous excuse why they can’t give you your money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give it no stars I would. Was in a rush trying to buy clothes for a vacation. Should've researched first. Some of the worst quality clothes I have ever received and I online shop often. The package got here late, so I didn't even get to bring it on vacation. Then I saw it and was extremely disappointed. Tried to return it and was told that I couldn't because the item was on sale. The item was in a 1% sale. So it's set up where you can't get a refund for any of the items. Worst experience ever and just want to ensure no one ever experiences them any more.

I ordered a dress and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Contacted customer service and they said the color I ordered was out of stock, could they not have told me that. Then sent a picture of the dress I ordered and said that was the color they had in stock. I said yes that’s what I want please send it. Finally got it and it was the wrong color! I emailed back, said it was the wrong color )their fault), and wanted a refund and would send it back. They then said since it was on sale they wouldn’t take it back but they could give me a 25% credit!
My advice, do NOT order anything from them!

You have to be very careful and be sure of where you buy, especially if it's a Chinese company. It's happened to me before. They sell you junk, and then, after it doesn't fit because the size isn't right or the quality is awful, they put up a thousand obstacles to getting your money back. Don't buy from this company. It's not worth wasting your time with this garbage.

Do not order from this company they should not be allowed to do business in the US. I placed an order and after six minutes later I sent them an email to cancel my order. They responded saying they could not cancel the order even though their policy says you have 24 hours to cancel. Then when I received my products, they were too small and did not look like the pictures on their website. That’s when I found out that it would be very expensive to ship the products back to China and now I’m stuck with these BS products.
