Purchased a chair (Armor Evo). The welded metal in the seat bent, so it could not sit straight after around a year of use. Contacted them for a possible replacement - even out of warranty, that I could buy. No reply back. The top of the seat cushion tears up incredibly quickly. The arms move horizontally but not to the area I need them. The seat leans back almost flat, but the stability is so low that it will break the chair.

J’ai acheté un boîtier PC chez eux. Pas de souci avec le boîtier en soi, mais il manque un caoutchouc de support à mettre en dessous. J’en ai 3 sur 4. Du coup le boîtier n’est pas stable.
J’ai donc contacté le SAV pour me fournir le caoutchouc allant avec. Ils m’ont répondu dans un premier temps et depuis plus de réponse. Je me retrouve donc avec un tout nouveau PC mais bancal à cause d’un bout de caoutchouc. Ce n’est rien, mais on paye du neuf pour avoir tout de fonctionnel. Mon expérience se retrouve donc contrarié par cela. Encore heureux que je n’ai eu que ce problème de mon côté mais qui reste quand même regrettable vu le prix qu’on met.

Horrible experience all around. Purchased one of their gaming chairs ($400) , in less than 6 months the seat was peeling. I reached out to customer service to request a replacement or a refund. Their response time sucks and eventually they stopped answering. They never resolved my issue or even offered to fix anything. Don't waste your money, the quality is shit and their customer service is useless and nonexistent. What's the point of a warranty if they don't answer or honor anything.

Je mets 4/5 mais pour moi c'est clairement un 5/5 et j'explique. J'ai acheté un boitier AIR FACE ECO à 49.99€ frais de port inclus en juillet. Ce boitier est top, bien fini, complet, et rien ne me fait penser qu'il est cheap. Cependant, je vois que maintenant il est vendu à 129.99€, prix que je trouve abusé, et c'est la raison pour laquelle je retire une étoile. Cougar, vous devriez peut etre revoir à la baisse vos tarifs (mais vos promos sont top!)

I purchased a Cougar gaming chair, and after some time the seat cover and back cushions started to tear. I contacted customer support and, after a long wait and several verification steps, I eventually received replacement parts.

Unfortunately, after some time exactly the same problems appeared again. I contacted support once more, but this time the experience has been completely different. For nearly a year I have been sending follow-up messages every month and have not received a single response.

A warranty is only useful if the company is willing to support its customers. The fact that the same defects occurred twice and that support has ignored my messages for such a long time is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend Cougar based on my experience.

La peor compañía de todas.

Compré una silla de su gama más alta y llegó completamente defectuosa: las costuras y el material presentan fallas, además del horrible sonido constante que produce la silla.

He abierto más de 3 tickets de soporte en su plataforma y los cierran sin ninguna razón. Tampoco he recibido respuestas por correo ni por ningún otro medio de contacto para poder hacer válida mi garantía.

Además de no brindar una atención adecuada para la garantía, sus productos tienen una calidad pésima.

Il y a 4½ ans j'ai acheté chez Bureau Valée le fauteuil Cougar Armor One au prix de 149,90€. Depuis quelque temps l'accoudoir gauche, où je pose mon avant-bras (la main droite est sur la souris) est complétement détruit. Cela a même commencé il y a déjà assez longtemps. Comme il est devenu très inconfortable d'y appuyer le bras, j'ai contacté récemment le SAV de Cougar pour demander la possibilité de racheter les accoudoirs. D'abord par mail, puis sur leur site et encore par mail. Zéro réponse. Je déconseille fortement.

Bought Cougar Ranger One Gray in october 2025.

Didn't chekc everything properly, thought it was how it's supposed to be.

Later, after a few months of uncomfortable experience discovered that this incompetent brand of trash products didn't put a lumbar cushion and chair legs without which this product is not only worthless but very uncomfortable to use.

Support is useless, they just keep saying "cushion under the recliner", there is nothing, there was nothing in the box. There were no legs either.

You can't even buy these bits from them, have to look for elsewhere. Which is good i guess - no more money for them.

Screw them, screw this brand. Whenever i go i will name this brand for what it is - trash. It ruined my relaxation and rare moments of peace.

J'ai acheté un casque chez Cougar Gaming qui était abimé (perte de peinture), j'ai mis plus de 2 mois à avoir une réponse. Ils m'ont renvoyé un casque après les avoir harceler de messages pour avoir un retour. J'ai reçu le casque, mais il y a un soucis technique dessus. J'ai essayé de les contacter pour arranger le soucis, je n'ai JAMAIS eu de retour. Le SAV est déplorable, à fuir.

They are an affordable gaming pheripherals provider, and you can find many things here. However, the quality of some of their things is lower than others. For example, their keyboards and mouses are just weak and not competitors to new companies. However, i have a cougar gaming chair and that one was pricey, but the quality is exceptional, and the same goes for desks.

J'ai acheté un fauteuil Armor Pro, parfait à tous points de vue, sauf pour les accoudoirs. Au bout de deux semaines, la mousse a commencé à se découper sur la partie inférieure — sans gêne pour les bras, heureusement. Après quatre ans, c'est la mousse de la partie supérieure des accoudoirs qui s'est abîmée, ce qui devenait problématique. Je me suis alors dit que j’allais en racheter, mais mauvaise surprise : la marque Cougar ne propose pas de pièces détachées.

Conclusion : Si la marque vendait des pièces détachées en cas de détérioration ou de casse avec le temps, ce serait parfait. Il vaut donc mieux privilégier les marques qui proposent des pièces de rechange.

J'ai acheté une chaise gaming et elle est nickel, je n'ai jamais mal au dos mais si je reste la journée dessus!!

Best quality and amazing experience

Bought a Cougar 700Kkeyboard and mouse. The mouse was fine but the keyboard was rubbish.
Considering this is an expensive keyboard, i was very disappointed.
firstly only the M1 memory worked. if I tried the other two, it would just type the word over and over again.
and then, playing a computer game, all the controls went haywire.
Never buying this company's products again.
My keyboard is out of warranty, but looking on various boards it would be useless contacting them anyway.

They have cool PC cases but the customer service lacks professionalism. they will ignore any question or after service requests, and dont offer spare parts for purchase.
Any company worth their salt will respond to inquiries and would be willing to sell you products, but this tactless company is just in it for themselves.

i wont be buying another cougar product if this is their business strategy.

Compre una silla Cougar ARGO gaming en pc componentes, y todo genial. Pero se me ha partido una pieza y estoy solicitando el repuesto a COUGAR, es la segunda vez que lo hago y no obtuve repuesta alguna por parte de soporte. Mirando en la FAQ, he conseguido encontrar que no tienen repuesto para sus productos... Te gastas 400€ en una silla y ahora resulta que por una pieza te tienes que comprar otra nueva.... por supuesto que COUGAR nunca mas.

I can only say that after purchasing the Cougar 600M mouse I was quite happy with the look and feel of the product. I could customize all of the buttons with the personalized app and even change the light color.

After 2 months I realized that the wrap of the mouse started to peel off and both the middle mouse button and the side buttons stopped working. After using it for about a year I bought the new 700M, but the same issues occured so I would say it's not worth it just for people to say "what a cool looking mouse"

I opened a ticket regarding a problem with one of the two Cougar chairs I purchased. We received the chairs the 6th of January, but after not even two weeks of use the chair has started to creak. We originally contacted the place we purchased the chairs from, but they couldn't give us any other advice, than what we've already tried and they then recommended that we contacted Cougar. It has now been more than a week and I have not heard a peep from Cougar - not even a "we've received your inquiry etc. etc.". I'm very dissatisfied that I've payed almost 600 dollars for a chair, only for it to creak after ONLY 2 WEEKS.
If you purchase anything from Cougar, I hope you're ready for not getting any form of help, if something goes wrong.

Quite easily the worst experience I've ever had with a computer case and company.

To start with the huge obnoxious stickers across the glass, Dont worry they'll soon shatter on you. Can't purchase replacement glass so then you're left with a paperweight.....

Cougar Gaming is a very incompetent company. Their products are unreliable and when they fail, the company does nothing about it and lets the warranty expire. The Cougar 700K keyboard loses connection and fails to respond within 6-8 mos. Trying to updated the drivers or software does not work since the keyboard is not detected at all. All the USB ports work since all other keyboard and peripherals work fine. The warranty is for 1 year. In the time before the warranty expiration, no response via support and calling their number gives you voice message saying 'your call can not be completed at this time'.
In the end I'm going with another company for my gaming peripherals and supplies. STAY AWAY FROM COUGAR PRODUCTS.
