I ordered items that were displayed as “in stock” and that will “ship within 3-5 days”. It’s been 10 days with no update and no reply from the company who I have emailed twice.

I love my couch cover. The design and colours are great BUT I have a leather couch. And 2 dogs. So the cloth is constantly slipping and I am often rearranging it. But still love it 💜

We bought a brand new couch. Our dogs tore up the previous one. This couch cover offers protection from pet paws. Whether their paws are dirty or their nails are sharp, these covers protect our new couch. We love it.

I ordered from CouchCare Official and honestly I loved the product. The quality was exactly what I hoped for, and the couch cover looks and feels great. My dogs can finally lay on my off-white couch without giving me a panic attack
What stood out most to me was the customer service. They were helpful, responsive, and handled everything professionally when I had questions about my order
I also appreciated how they navigated the cross-border communication and language barrier. That can easily create confusion with international orders, but in my case, they handled it with patience and integrity
A friend of mine also ordered one, and neither of us experienced the issues another reviewer mentioned. We experienced no ignored messages, no refund problems, no misleading stock situation, and no lack of communication. Our experience was smooth. This leads me to believe the other review may have been a review made out of vengeance with no data or experience to support it
Based on my order, the product quality, and the way the company handled communication, I trust CouchCare Official and would order from them again

Zero customer service. Now 20 emails in and still no refund after CouchCare representatives admitted in writing that their Auto generated shipping email did NOT reflect the actual status of the stock. Ordered an "in stock" item in real time on their website .... then after order confirmed and advised via email it was being prepped for shipping. I enquired why it had not arrived and they said it's in "preorder" status which means its out of stock and we will ship when back in stock.
No it wasn't. And I won't be waiting until it is back in stock since I ordered it when it clearly stated "in stock" on the website at the point of sale. I would like a refund.
The response, from CouchCare Official: "we don't do refunds for change of mind".
CouchCare are no longer responding via email and have refused to offer a business telephone number to discuss. I submitted my personal phone number to CouchCare in good faith to have them call me to discuss. No contact to date via phone.
Reported to the ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading. DO NOT BUY CouchCare Official products.

Hi Anne. As we've explained a number of times via email, you placed a pre-order. You clicked on the button that said "pre-order - item will be shipped in late December" and then you received a confirmation email confirming that you placed a pre-order. Yes, you received a shipping notification by mistake, but this doesn't change the fact that you placed a pre-order. Our customer support was correct in confirming that we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
