I purchased a Fleur Plush Floral Bath (24" x 36") and am very disappointed! First, it's damaged. It looks like a manufacturing issue. Second, it is not what I expected. It's thin, not plush, and has no non-slip backing! It shipped from China, and it took over 10 days to arrive. Returning it would cost me shipping and insurance fees. It's not worth the cost and lack of quality. I will not purchase from them again!

Color mismatch from website; very poor customer service. They put the international shipping costs on the customer and don't take accountability for marketing a product inaccurately. Not only was color very different from website, but the quality of material was very cheap.

I ordered a gift for a friend and she did not like it and it is not returnable. Their return policy effectively means items cannot be returned unless they are damaged.

DO NOT buy from this company. Their customer service and return policy is awful if something goes wrong. They will insist on you sending them pictures of your item, then congratulate themselves on managing to send you what you ordered and think their job is done. Will offer a 10% refund if you fight for it and will hide behind the cost you will incur by sending item back to their warehouse in China. So their business model to do business internationally becomes your problem because of costs of returns. For an item they will agree does not meet standards for daily use. I did finally get them to 35% but took way too many emails. Stay away at all costs, this company needs to wither away on the vine. Horrible standard of customer care, bare minimum effort only.
