Recently, I asked for an exchange on a nightdress purchased that was too big for me. The process was the best I’ve ever experienced.
A polite, pleasant and prompt reply to my email was followed by a very quick posting of the item in the size requested.
I have three Cottonreel nightdresses and would recommend their beautiful design and material most highly.

Good quality cotton and a nice feminine style. I am a size 10 and bought pyjamas in the 8-10 size. When I purchase again - and I most certainly will - I would go up a size because I found the pjs were closer to 8 than 10. I would have awarded 5 stars, but the ribbon used to tighten the waistband on the trousers came out on the first wash.

This company offers quality nightwear with amazing service. If only there were more companies like Cottonreal. They are a sining example of all companies should operate. I can't recommend them enough.

It was the fact that the products were made in the UK .Well made and fairly good fit apart from the length,as I am quite shot I could have done with the nightdress being a bit shorter.

The sizing is tricky if you are between Small and Medium and would prefer to order separate tops and bottoms. However both sets I bought are fabulous.

I have bought 4 nightdresses and they are all lovely material (2 x lawn cotton and 2 x voile cotton) They fit really well and are very pretty. I have had real trouble buying nice all cotton products and these are a great find. Packaging was excellent and the personal touches really thoughtful.
