Cottonreal Arvostelua

I did email you originally, my order was sent to wrong address, the address was NOT correct, an error had occurred at your end somehow!!!!! Wrong address put on package!!!
For the amount I paid for my order I was expecting a discount code for my next order!!!! Not just we'll let packing know of error!!!! Very disappointed.

Lovely material ,embroidery and beautiful fit.

Beautifully packaged garment. Sadly, too large but return was easy and refunded promptly.

Quick delivery and beautifully packaged/ Lovely fabric.

I bought this for my wife as a replacement for the one she inadvertently ripped (which was also from Cottonreal). My wife loves it! Great quality product that was personally wrapped. Fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been buying my 100% cotton night dresses from Slenderella for a few years now and just happened upon Cottonreal by chance, and I am soo glad that I did!
The quality is sublime, these night dresses are worth every penny, the fabric is very high quality, the prints are beautiful and it didn't suprise me at all to see that they are produced in the UK because the stitching is of a very high standard.
They aren't cheap, but a real case of you get what you pay for, and I will always return to this company now.
My only slight criticism is that the sizing is rather over generous and I will know next time to size down.

Beautifully wrapped lovely personalised touch

First Purcase and what a find. Fabulous pyjamas , really nice quality. Very soft and true to size. Lovely pattern and a bit different to what you find on the high street. Will definitely be a returning customer

Excellent quality at a great price as always. Super fast delivery. All round first rate company.

Easy option for gifting in UK from Australia.
My daughter loved the pyjamas. She has been wearing them in video chats since!
Ordering and delivery were very efficient. Thank you.

Good website, good products, delivered on time.

I ordered my wife a gift from here, unfortunately I ordered in the wrong size. By the time I gave her the gift and realised it was outside the returns period. Cottonreal agreed to exchange it regardless and were really helpful. The quality of the item was fantastic too.

I have purchased from you for years the quality is excellent lasts well only bought this time to go away on holiday and did not want to take my old faithful nightdresses keep it up

Lovely pyjamas arrived quickly really well made would make fabulous present. Really good quality cotton will buy again

Love Cottonreal, the pyjamas and nightshirts I have bought over the years still look like new, great quality and design, beautiful natural fabrics and excellent service with a personal touch. More nightshirts please!

Beautifully packaged. I have purchased chemise style in the past and my only negative has been the strap adjusters; these were made of plastic and didn't take long to break. I was delighted to discover they have been replaced with lightweight metal which are very comfortable and strong.

Such excellent pyjamas with lovely details. Very high quality; washes and dries without shrinkage and comes out of the dryer looking lovely. Company shipped items to the States with speed. Can’t say enough about this company and their product!

I've been a customer for a few years now, and absolutely love my Cottonreal nighties. Recently I treated myself to another one, and unfortunately when it arrived, I found it wasn't the material I had hoped for. The matter was easily resolved when I spoke to the team, who were very happy to replace with another nighty of my choice, and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They even called me back when they picked up a 'missed call' from my phone number. Wonderful service, and wonderful products. What more could you possibly want! Thank you to all concerned at Cottonreal.

I liked my first Helen nightdress in white so I have bought another in pink!

The cotton is comfortable & easy to wash & wear.

I originally bought the Helga design from another source, but prefer the wider straps & ruched back. Thank you.
