The products are delightful, it was the help, nothing too much trouble, that Mary( member of staff) gave us that enabled us to choose exactly what we wanted.Great help, advice and guidance.

From the customer service we received in the shop to the shelf unit being delivered to our door , our experience of dealing with this company has been first class . Well done , we shall be back .

Placed order, team really helpful about scheduling delivery. Delivery great, the delivery person really enthusiastic about the product & was all to schedule
All round great experience!

I purchased a the larger concrete candle tray. It is a nice simple design and very reasonably priced, even before the sale price. It was dispatched quickly and well packaged.

Lovely shop, Great communication with delivery.

Rang to order item I’d previously seen in store - very helpful and rang back immediately to confirm they had item and would arrange to send. Arrived on time and loved product. Thank you

Bought some beautiful items from the Cotswolds store.
Lovely staff and a lovely shop, stocked with quality items.
Caroline served us and she was so helpful.
The delivery driver was also so polite and helpful.
Will definitely purchase again.

Replaced a couple of plate but the colour changes did not match the old plates. Returned to Cotswold Grey by post and immediately got a full refund with follow up email.
Amazing customer service - a must visit if you are in Moreton on the Marsh.

Beautiful collection of items, and at affordable prices for such unique and exquisite objects.

Great customer service in store too.

Completely understanding, helpful and considerate members of staff, great delivery team, wonderful earthy furnishings and furniture.

My first order of an iron console trestle table has been disappointing . The table arrived poorly packaged in damaged bubble wrap . It was extremely difficult to put up due to the legs being iron and distressed industrial finish . It took my son and myself over half an hour and lots of Elbow grease and WD40 ! The table looks good and overall I am pleased with it however I am not in a hurry to battle with using it for occasional use for an additional dining or buffet table as I could do myself an injury trying to collapse and re instate it !
Very costly shipping too !

Michael is a great professional. His advice and recommendations are always spot on. I keep going back to the shop for more things.

Item arrived on time and is of great condition. The team at Cotswold Grey is extremely helpful, really recommend.

Great shop, friendly staff with good customer skills and product knowledge.
We could have spent a fortune.
