We've had three units from Betel. One we purchased in-store, and the other two online. We are delighted with their quality. What is particularly pleasing is their total honesty in their photographs. If there's a fault they highlight it so the buyer knows exactly what they are buying. No chipboard either! Would fully recommend them and what a great cause to further by buying from them.

The company stored the dresser I purchased for 2 weeks until I had finished decorating the room and I was ready to receive it. It was then delivered very promptly and the delivery team kept in contact on the day of delivery to update the delivery time. The delivery men were excellent and placed the dresser just where I wanted it. The dresser is a beautiful piece of furniture and is the 4th piece of furniture I have purchased from this company. I would happily recommend them.

Excellent wardrobes - carefully restored and painted with a small pot of paint provided in case of future scratches and advice as to the best way to apply this. Good communication with regard to delivery. Jacob and his colleague faced quiet a challenge in putting the wardrobes in our bedroom - initially they had to carry them up a small service road because it was too narrow for the van. Then they had to navigate a narrow L shaped corridor to get to the bedroom and this was achieved in a very careful and patient manner. The wardrobes look great now they're in place so we're very pleased.

An all round positive experience and we'll be keeping an eye on the website for other items of furniture as we need them.

Jacob was really helpful. He arranged for our own bedsides to be stripped to match the bedroom furniture we bought.

Great experience with companty. Product wrapped really well, hoever delivery did let it down. Dropped off at neighbours house in their driveway even though we were home, no call to us or even letting the neighbout know it was there.

There were lots of lovely pieces of furniture to chose from, plenty of images and the dimensions were accurate. Communication to arrange the delivery, via email and telephone, was clear. And best of all, everyone that I dealt with was friendly and polite. I am so happy with the 2 items of furniture I purchased as they are restored to a high standard, fit perfectly and it is nice to have been able to give an old item a new home.
