Côte at Home Arvostelua 

Ordered Lobster Thermidor on 20th Dec for delivery today (New Year's Eve.) Thought something was wrong when I didn't get an email by 12 lunchtime to confirm delivery slot. Rang and requested a ring back service, which did happen.
What a nightmare as I was told my order hadn't been processed by production dept and nothing could be done today to rectify.
Very apologetic customer service asst who offered a refund and £100 voucher. Very nice gesture but we now do not have the special meal I planned to celebrate tonight.
Very disappointed customer. Would advise ring to confirm any orders a good few days before expected delivery date. Don't just presume when order is first accepted with confirmation email.
Now just got shop bought curry tonight!!

Arggh..of all the times you had to go and get it wrong it had to be Christmas. A whole Turkey dinner missing from the box!! No call back, lines always busy, no reply to email.
#update#. So finally got a call back full refund and voucher. Thanks 3stars

Variable quality. The food comes well packed with all biodegradable packaging which is good. We have previously had some delicious meals but the last one was just a disaster. Previously, duck confit, seafood platter, lobster and chips etc have all been excellent but we have just purchased for a special occasion a lobster thermidor which was not up to standard. Putting precooked lobster back in the oven for 20 minutes as instructed is a surefire recipe for dried stringy meat and the thermidor sauce was so thin and sloppy that it couldn't be spread anywhere, let alone stay over the meat as instructed and illustrated on the packet. Even the illusion of a whole lobster thermidor was lost since I had two left halves. A pity as one bad experience taints all the good previous ones.

WOW! My family bought me the Luxury Seafood Box + a selection of superb desserts, champagne and a Raspberry gateau Birthday cake to celebrate my 80th.Birthday. All the items were excellent quality...a really scrumptious selection of top quality food.

Can't fault the quality of the food delivered have used 4 times including having a box delivered to my son in Oxford for his birthday. The only problem is admin is a bit ropey trying to change the registered email address, greyed out on account so contacted Cote direct to see how to change and advice was basically it couldn't be done. The advice was to create a whole new account find this pretty poor in this day. and age.

I have now had coteathome on 3 occasions now, and have been very pleased with the service and the food (with one minor exception). Turned up with DPD on time, well packed and chilled. Easy heating instructions with the mains and sides we ordered on the same temperature. I hope they continue with this service even when things get back to the old normal

I was initially a little sceptical! Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first…. As the reviews stack up! Very very impressed. Got the wrong instructions but called, on a Sunday at 11:00 and my call was answered promptly and the correct instructions emailed immediately. No biggy not having the instructions as most of the boxes had it all but the prompt way it was managed, and on a Sunday, I was impressed. The food was outstanding and great value & generous portions. Well done Cote 😎

Absolutely fantastic food, delivered promptly. Very good value for money. Have ordered a few times now and the food has always been amazing. Ordered the Fathers Day Breakfast today and also have ordered a weekend box in a couple of weeks.

Absolutely amazing food. It all came in a well packed box with disposable /reuse-able freezer bags. We had underestimated how much food there would be and we made it last 2 meals ! The chicken liver pâté was to die for and came in lovely little ceramic pots which we can use again. The chicken meals we ordered were also wonderful but the lemon posset was just Devine !! We cannot recommend this service enough, it was a treat bought by my daughter as a gift but we will definitely not hesitate to order again. We only chose Coteathome because of lock down and have visited their restaurant previously. Well done Coteathome.

Amazing ! Order nearly every week. Food is Excellent

Ordered the luxury seafood box for a celebration and it was all incredible - especially the scallops out of this world! There was just a huge amount of food provided too so we had plenty left over and the best before dates allow it to be spread out across this week as a lovely treat.

Had a small issue with the order (that in no way stopped it be the amazing and special treat it was intended to be) and I only mention it at all because customer service team got back exceptionally quickly, really listened to the feedback and resolved the issue - it's not often I get to experience such exceptional service.

Over all extremely happy and am excited to order again soon!

masive food and cheaper than in the restaurant

Had our second Côte at Home last night. Absolutely delicious!
We've enjoyed choosing from an interesting menu, being well informed about our orders journey, receiving a well packaged parcel then consuming easy to cook flavour some meals.
Last night we had heritage beetroot, lamb rump & chocolate fondant all excellent and good size portions.

What an amazing company ... wonderful food a proper treat delivery easy and bravo Cote .. all the packaging is recyclable. Excellent all round thank you

Constant marketing emails from these people advertising their service. Having completed an order get told there are no delivery slots..... same experience on at least 50% of attempts. The worst part is they don't tell you there are no slots until you try and check out. Particularly annoyed by the latest one as I tried to order they day they sent the email, where you were led to believe if you ordered by a certain date they'd be able to deliver. I was days ahead of the supposed cut off date for Easter but again surprise surprise no delivery slots. I'd suggest there were none when they sent the email. It's not like I live half way up a mountain either being a few miles from Cambridge. Blocked their emails as they are just complete time wasters.

This company is great for lockdown birthdays whilst the restaurants are shut. Beautiful and delicious restaurant quality food delivered by 1 hour time slot DPD service on the day of your choice. I have used this company 3 times now and have been very happy each time. I highly recommend.

Excellent, ordered several times the food is delicious. Last order one dessert was missing, Cote sent me a credit towards my next order. The next best thing to going out is restaurant quality food at home, will be placing my next order very soon.

Have to say WOW WOW & WOW. I had heard good things about the meals for home delivery from Cote at Home and have to say the food was amazing and so delicious.

I ordered for a lockdown birthday meal and have to say I was so impressed not only with the selection of food available to order, the whole process was easy to order on line and delivery on the day was spot on. Yes you still have to cook at home to finish off the meal but it was great that everything was “cooked” at the same oven temperature. We selected two main meals for two nights along with desserts. Can highly recommend the swordfish, chicken with mushrooms and chicken with garlic butter. We ordered a couple of sides. Apple tart even came with its own pouch of cream and the creme caramel was to die for. All main packaging from what I can see is recyclable, the main box containing the meals well packed along with “ice” chill packs and it was delivered before the actual 1 hour time slot I had been given. I would definitely recommend and I know we will be ordering again ..... THANK YOU to all the team at Cote at Home.
