Fantastic 3.3m Cantilever Patio Umbrella. Can’t believe the quality for the sale price paid. Exactly as seen in the photos. Delivery was also a pain free experience and arrived in perfect condition. Love this cut price company.

The grape trellis is fantastic with easy instructions to build and also a great support for the grape vine

I ordered a kitchen island from costway but soon after ordering I realised it was going to be too large for our kitchen. So I emailed their customer support team to request a cancellation and refund. And within 12 hours I had a reply to say it had been cancelled and I received the refund 2 days later. Couldn’t be more grateful as that could have ended up being a big palava!

Bought an electric car for my son, arrived with the wrong charger.
Contacted support which takes forever to respond, the car is stood in my living room like a white elephant

Purchased a portable 18000btu air con unit last year. Didn't use it a whole lot, maybe 10 hours running time but in the heat wave 2 weeks ago or so ago i plug it in and it started and it started blowing cold air as expected. The Mrs said it stopped blowing cold air,i didn't take much notice.
Now tonight 11/07/25 on one of the hottest days of the year, i plug it in, starts blowing nice cold air then 10mins later the compressor part turns off. Give it 20mins and it turns back on for 5mins or so then back off. Meanwhile i cooking alive with a useless air con unit that is faulty.

Bought a rocking chair from Amazon sold by cost way Uk. I am not bothering to open the box as they used dx frieght as their delivery company. No empathy for pregnant women driver left box outside within a minute and sped off. The customer service representative for their company who answered the call was extremely rude and definitely not fit to be a customer service representative said something along the lines of we leave things outside the door and I’m like what if someone steals it. When I explained just needed someone to carry over the porch and not in the house she was extremely rude. Hopefully she gets a taste of her own medicine very soon.
I am editing this review as the delivery company they use is bad but the company itself was amazing. Please note I have not been given any incentive to edit this review. Notices yesterday that the chair had become cheaper by £10 on Amazon called Amazon and they said they couldn’t price match so advised returning the chair and buying the chair at the new price. Amazon contact the seller cost way for me and today cost way had responded saying they can refund me £10 to safe me the hassle of returning the chair and buying at a new price. Definitely grateful for their services.

Ordered this rattan bistro set from Costway , delivery by DX was swift, the driver was friendly and helpful.
There were five items requiring assembly, 3 chairs ,2 footstools and a table, the assembly was easy too their very sturdy and of good quality , the bolts etc sealed flat in a pack fully labeled. Also excellent value for money, All in all a good experience I would buy from them again.

Found out one of the parts was missing was told it had been ordered but could take up to a month....no problem I will just wait several emails later and as of the 4th of July still no part now the door is bending out of shape due to not having the runners

I am very disappointed with the product I purchased from costway. We received the product but the car does work does not respond to the remote control . I checked the battery it's new. The car is fully charged too. It works with the pedal but does not work with the remote. I tried every instruction that says on the manual book nothing work.
I tried calling the customer services no one picks up the phone. I paid extra to ensure the product doesnot come damaged, which it did.
I left voice mail and emails! No respond.
I think this the worst customer service ever.
This completely ruined my baby's birthday.

Placed an order, I’ve just moved into a new build property. I was contacted & asked to provide a correct address. I explained it’s a new build & Royal Mail are in the process of updating records, as are other companies. The reply was they don’t use Royal Mail. I know, I assumed I was being helpful. My order had been cancelled & I’ll receive my refund in an unacceptable 3-5 days. Avoid!!

Terrible with communication when trying to get in contact.

The email address on website doesn’t seem to work. Bounces back as unknown!!!!

I bought this solar bird feeder around 6–8 weeks ago, and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. The lights stopped working within a day or two. The plastic is cheap and flimsy, and the whole thing is so unstable that even the smallest bird makes it tip over. It’s completely useless.

I contacted the seller for a refund and got vague excuses about being on holiday, or unavailable, or needing more time. Eventually, they told me to send photos — of what, exactly? A pigeon trying to land and the feeder falling over? It’s broken, poorly designed, and has no real functionality.

This isn’t just a bad product — the customer service is awful. They ignored my emails and clearly had no intention of offering any real solution.

Avoid this company at all costs. The product is trash, the support is worse, and you’ll only end up frustrated and out of pocket.

I purchased a parasol from crossways UK and took out the insurance from Seel. which I thought would be good . on opening the parasol and erecting it? It had a hole in it got into contact with the insurance they offered me £9 refund and to sew it up myself contacted crossways and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. Just get on with it send another email to the American insurance company and explain to them that’s not how we work in the UK so basically what they’re saying is just get on with it and deal with it. It’s nothing to do with us not a very good experience and on top of that I’ve now got to sew a parasol up. If I was you, I wouldn’t even bother with the insurance a complete waste of money time and effort.

Delivery came ahead of schedule. Item looks great and is well made. When we realised we had been sent a wrong piece, our issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Missing pieces again were deliver ahead of schedule. Really pleased all round, and will use this company again.

Ordered a badminton net for the garden. On arrival it had a large hole in the netting. No stock available to replace so refund given after a month of exchanging messages.
Company very good at responding to emails promptly- less good at supplying a satisfactory outcome.
Unlikely to order from them again.

I had an issue with the size of the cover for a parasol
I purchased a new cover which fits perfectly
I was refunded for the cost of the new cover which I was pleased with

I purchased a 2-tier standing desk from Costway. I assembled the main part of the desk and only opened the box with the table tops right at the end.
Unfortunately, the main table top has marks on it and not a nice finish around the edges.
The response from Costway when I requested for a replacement table top: a £12 partial refund or return the full item for a full refund.
I can’t replace the table top for £12 (and why should I on a brand new product).
I am unable to upload pictures of the table top.

Ordered 3 curved garden benches. Put the order through B+Q but when I had a query about the order it was Costway that got in touch. They were very quick to get back in touch and very helpful. The benches arrived within 3 days of ordering them and after a bit of self-assembly they look great in my garden. Very impressed by this company.
