Parfait!
Suivi colis 100% au top
Suivi client 100% au top

I ordered a costume which I needed to upgrade the delivery on for it to be here in time for an event. I spoke with many super helpful people in customer service on WhatsApp who sorted my situation efficiently. They even checked back after it should have been delivered to make sure I got it ok.

Gerne wieder!

Vendeur top Envoi rapide.

The costumes are spectacular, the perfect size and very good fabric. The assistance is very helpful, I am very grateful to the operator who helped me until the end of the delivery, he made sure that everything was alright. Really great service.

I ordered a costume for an event and spoke with a customer service rep along the ordering process as well. I am very pleased with the items I ordered. I will return if I need any more costumes. Everything came as promised and swiftly as well!
