La fecha estimada, no es un tiempo exacto, sino un tiempo de entrega estimado basado en los últimos sesenta días.
Y algunas veces se produce un retraso, lo sentimos mucho pero no podemos controlar el proceso del transportista, especialmente estamos en una temporada complicada.
Y hay dos métodos de envío, el envío express es de 3 a 10 días y el envío estándar es de 10 a 15 días
si lo necesita para un evento o actividad, calcule si puede alcanzar su día. Si es posible, deje la fecha de uso en la página de pago. entonces priorizaremos su pedido; si no lo deja, le enviamos el pedido en orden cronológico
2. se lo han enviado a otra persona porque sale en entregado y a mi no me ha llegado nada
Si no recibido nada y el info dice que entregado, deberia que ponerse en contacto con nosotros. Vamos a indicarle el seguiento paso. Normalmente le decimos hacer una denuncia al reparto local y nos da el numero de la denuncia, vamos a hacer el todo reembolso. Es el proceso

Would Recommend
I ordered for my Husband from this company. Originally I saw that they only give partial refunds if you need to return anything, which didn't fill me with confidence and I tried to cancel. PayPal reassured me that under their buyer guarantee you are entitled to a full refund and so I decided to proceed. My method of contact was WhatsApp. Obviously the time difference between the UK and China was an issue if you wanted a speedy response but we managed fine and I also requested an item which they didn't have advertised, they sent me an invoice for that item and took the measurements. All items arrived and are well made and good quality. They understood my needs and queries. Depending on whether you have parcel insurance you may have to pay customs fees on top during delivery.

Be aware of hidden costs
They are liars. I paid fir insurance and DHL for expedited delivery. Again DHL charged me for VAT and custom a kid size costume cost 130 dollars almost double the original value. I do not recommend buying from these overseas scam sellers. Perhaps all the 5 star reviews are paid.

Actually, the insurances package refers to the import tax that is charged by Customs, if you were charged, we will refund you the import tax after you send us the electronic official invoice. The insurance does not refer that you won't be charged definitely by the Customs. The additional cost is the to your country, not for our company nor DHL. we don't have any right to charge the import tax, nor we don't know if you would be charged by the Customs. The insurance works just in case, for reducing your expense.

J'ai passé une commande de deux costume spider-man ( Reçu en environ 18 jours ouvrable pour 2 costume ) et j'en suis vraiment très satisfait, les tissus sont de bonne qualité et ils sont vraiment bien pour le prix. De plus, le service client est très efficace et compréhensif, un problème avec mon costume à été réglé en moins de 2 jours !

No puedo expresar con palabras lo satisfecho que estoy con esta empresa. Sus trajes son de una calidad que parecen sacados de las películas. Solo he tenido un problema con la talla en un traje, y el magnífico servicio de atención al cliente me lo solucionó con una dedicación y amabilidad de 10. Sencillamente, no puedo ser nada negativo de CosplayShow. Sois increíbles!!!

Dieser Anzug ist einfach „Amazing“!
Ich bin völlig überrascht gewesen über das gute aussehen des Anzuges und wie gut dieser sich anfühlte.
Die Lieferung war extrem schnell! Ich hab per Express bestellt und der Anzug kam nach 5 tagen an.
Ich trug diesen bei der Premiere von No Way Home und es war einfach Unglaublich!
Das einzige markel war das die Augen sich leicht gelöst haben, aber das hat man wieder fest geklebt!
Die Augen hab ich persönlich nochmal Silber angemalt.
