Phenomenal customer service, despite being a first time customer.

I work an unorthodox overnight schedule and was trying to order a costume for my young nephew. Prompt delivery, package received in perfect condition. On the costume the tag read 3XS which was slightly confusing because I had ordered a Child's Large. (I learned later on that 3XS is the same size as a Child's Large)

Because of my erratic work schedule, meeting up with my nephew to ensure that the costume comfortably fit took longer than the allotted time to properly file for an exchange. Sadly, the costume did not fit regardless of actually being the correct size that was requested.

"Not a problem, as a customer I made a mistake. My personal simple solution: purchase a whole new 2nd costume and leave a friendly heads up for other new customers to make sure they are personally/properly informed when making purchases." -My thought process about how to handle the situation.

2nd costume also promptly arrived and was a perfect fit. My nephew's happy, so I'm happy. Mental note: I need to update my review.

Before I had a chance to update my review, a representative from CosplayShow, reached out to me via email to express how CosplayShow wanted to help rectify the concerns I had expressed within my review about the first costume ordered.

Totally unexpected...I was more than willing to acknowledge my personal fault with the first costume I had ordered and chalk it up to a valuable lesson learned.

Outstanding customer service. This whole ordeal happened within a span of exactly 30 days and as a customer I have already made a 3rd purchase and will continue to shop through CosplayShow.

Custumer care service very very good!!! With the first shipping is going all okay but the second one much more . I have a problem with a size and he resolved all!!! Thank u!!!!

This is why I rarely order stuff online... It's hard to trust any companies nowadays...

So I ordered a pair of contact lenses for cosplay. I ordered Uchiha Madara's mangekyo sharingan contact lenses, but instead I got Sasuke's mangekyo sharingan.

Then when I wrote a review about it on their website. They won't show my rating because it was not 5 stars. They will only show the 5 star ratings... DO NOT trust these guys. They did not respond to my review either on their website.

I even sent a picture proof to them on what I got, they wont show that on their website since they only show the 5 star ratings. VERY disappointing. Made me feel so frustrated with myself because I really did not want to shop online because of companies like them but I had no choice as I couldn't find them around where I live...

Anyways sorry for the rant...

Really very satisfied ! Very good quality of the customs. Even my nephews (birthday gifts) have notices the quality and told me it was much better then there usual customs (bought at another shop).
The sizes were a perfect fit ! Large variety of sizes, greatly appreciated for I have bought for my nephews which are 7 and 9 and not very tall !

Decent materials used for the item but postage to the UK double the price of the actual item. Also, zip broke the second time trying it on. Reaxhed out via email regarding it but got no response se. There are other more reputable stores to purchase from. Do your research!!
