I ordered 3 of these lumi-boards. I will just have to swallow this loss, as I’ve read the reviews and realize my mistake. I DID receive them today, and I have to say…..VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! Does NOT light up like neon at all!!! My 7 year old plugged hers into the wall and the cord got so hot it started to burn!!! So I had to throw all 3 of them away for fear of house fires starting due to cheap wiring. Not good. Do not order from this site. A total and complete waste of money and a rip off!!!

Just received the board with no directions and the board has scratches on it. I tried writing on it with the markers that come with it and when you "erase" them the image is still there. In other words it doesn't come completely off! Was going to request a refund but after reading the reviews I guess I will just accept my loss. Do not buy this product, it is cheaply made and very very low quality. Terrible!

Horrible experience. Ordered a board on November 21 for Christmas present. When I attempted to track my shipment the website was gone. Arrived January 3. It is flimsy and needs a cord attached at all times. I found it difficult to erase drawings. It could not be worse.

Scam. Do not order from this site

Frustrating experience from the delayed shipping to misleading product description. Ordered the printed sheets for an extra $20 and after repeated emails stating “included in shipment”, the prints were digital downloads. They were never actually received and then upon requesting a refund due to the confusion, was told they are non-refundable. The large screen is much smaller than you think and the product is poor quality with stains left behind when you wipe it clean. Beyond disappointed that this was printed on Today show and others as a top toy/gift.

I also placed an order for the larger lumiboard which at the time said they had 7 left. Order was placed I received email that they order was for the smaller one, which was NOT true. I tried to cancel the order within 10 min of placing the order and heard NOTHING. reached out again early Monday morning and it stated item had already been shipped, so ordered Dec & sunday night at 715 pm, tried to cancel order, heard nothing. Cancelled again early Monday morning the 8th and they said order had been shipped, another lie as it didn't get shipped until the 10th and I received it afternoon on Christmas day 16 days later. Now I have tried 3 to 5 times since xmas to return and no response from them at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 of their systems as christmas gifts for my daughters. They arrived on Christmas eve and the next morning when my diameters opened them they didn't work. The quality os terrible. I emailed their customer service team and they refuse to provide me a refund upon return of the system. I provided video proof and told them that I had to order a repalcement gift and the sustem being bad quality ruined the christmas magic for my daughters. Ive emailed them 16 times requesting a refudn and all they said was they'll send me replacement systems but I no logner want them i want a refudn but they deflect. They're website terms say hassle free returns within 30 days. They are a scam and horrible to work with. Don't buy them go with their competitors.

I purchase the item in October and saved it as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son. We unwrapped and plugged it in. It never illuminated. I thought it needed to charge for a while, so we tried that. Nothing. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Horrible! Unfortunately this is the lowest review possible, would give the company and experience a negative 3… paid extra for this item, and the pictures were misleading. Super small, has to be continually plugged in, the pictures make it look like it’s a tablet that is rechargeable. This was for my autistic granddaughter. How disappointing this purchase was, will never order anything for this company ever again.

I did receive the order unlike some others. However I ordered an extra set of pens that did not arrive. Customer service keeps asking for a photo of what is in the box. I keep telling them I don’t have it, it was a gift. Going around and around with no satisfaction.. so frustrating

Wish I would have known before hand they ship from china!
I bought two as Christmas gifts.
Ordered them over a month before Christmas expecting them to be here in time. They were delivered on Dec. 27th missing the extra stencils I purchased.
And customer service told me pretty much to just deal with it.
Wish I had looked at the actual reviews here first instead of the fake ones on their website.
Was trying to support another business besides Amazon. :(

Product was delivered over 1 month from purchase date, 7 days after scheduled delivery date, Christmas was over and family had gone home. Product is cheap and definitely not worth the money I paid. Will not purchase anything from them again.

Lamentablemente no visité esta página antes de comprar. NO COMPRE A ESTA EMPRESA. La misma historia. Regalo de navidad que aun no se entrega. (tuve que salir a última hora a buscar regalo de reemplazo). Correos con la mismas respuesta: empresa pequeña, exceso de demanda, etc. No dan ninguna respuesta sobre plazos con el argumento que es responsabilidad del transportista!!
Hasta ahora no se si es ESTAFA o "solo "ineficiencia.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the LED board on 12/11/25 and was provided shipping info that was not a tracking number for a U.S. company - which raised a red flag for me. As of 12/30/25, it’s still in Thailand! I disputed the charge and will also file a case with the Better Business Bureau. I have sent several emails to Cosmody and they are always the same excuses - small company, longer than usual shipping times because of the increase in Holiday sales, provided fictitious tracking info, blah, blah, blah. Their phone number (302.375.7930) goes directly to voice mail just saying they aren’t available without even indicating what company was reached. I don’t normally write negative reviews; however, I felt strongly that people need to know before doing business with Cosmody directly.

I ordered three Lumiboard LED Drawing Boards on December 1 for a major Christmas gift for the grandkids. Product never showed up and never recieved any correspondence from the company after numerous attempts to contact. 17 Track, the tracking software that they supposedly use, has got to be a scam as well. I has showed the package in Illinois since Dec. 18. WARNING-DO NOT GET SCAMED LIKE I DID - AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Wish I had come here first to see these reviews! Horrible experience… took over 3 weeks to arrive. Horrible quality… i had no idea it ships from China… they failed to mention that. When i asked for return instructions i was told i would have to pay shipping charges. They offered me 20% back instead. Literally a scam of a company with a horrible product… buyer beware!!!

Terrible customer service and the description on their site is a total
lie! The first word says “rechargeable”! They are not “rechargeable”, as must be plugged in to use. When u expand website pix, you can barely see the cord which is plugged in. There is truth in advertising, and “Ed” doesn’t play by the rules! I have reached out several times and this reply;
“We’re happy to assist you with your return. Please note that, as per our policy, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Depending on the shipping location and package size, the cost can sometimes be higher.
That said, we want to make this easier for you. As an alternative, you’re welcome to keep the item whether for future use or to gift to someone and we’ll still issue a 15% refund of the item’s purchase price as a courtesy. This way, you can avoid the cost and hassle of return shipping, while still receiving a partial refund.”

Ordered the lumiboard for my granddaughter for Christmas. After logging complaints with them regarding no delivery after several weeks, then with the platform I paid with, it came. It was way smaller than advertised and worked for about 30 minutes, then the cord broke. Highly doubt I am going to attempt to return it after all of the issues I have read from others and count it as my lesson.

I ordered floating candles in September (for Halloween). It’s now the end of December and no candles. Customer service has been giving me the run around. Excuse after excuse as to why I don’t have it yet. Bottom line—do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them any money. I have been asking for a refund for months and will have to take further action at this point.
