Thank you for your feedback. We understand that verification procedures and withdrawal times can be frustrating, especially after a big win.

Please note that for regulatory and security reasons, we are required to perform KYC and proof of funds checks in certain cases—especially with high-value transactions or crypto withdrawals. These checks are standard practice across the industry to prevent fraud and ensure compliance.

Withdrawals, including in cryptocurrency, may take up to 3 business days depending on the amount and verification status, but we always aim to process them as quickly and securely as possible.

If you believe there has been any delay or unfair treatment in your case, please contact us at info@cosmobet.com so we can look into your account and assist you directly.

We encourage you to contact us directly at info@cosmobet.com with your account details, so we can re-examine your case and respond to your concerns in full.

Dear Player,

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we genuinely understand how upsetting this must be for you. Please know that Cosmobet follows strict verification procedures in line with international regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements. These measures are not intended to create inconvenience but to protect both our users and the integrity of the platform.

While we understand your frustration regarding the ID verification process, we aim to clearly communicate the accepted forms of identification before withdrawals are processed. A passport or government-issued ID is typically required to comply with these standards. We regret if this wasn’t clear upfront and will review how we communicate these requirements to avoid future misunderstandings.

Most importantly, we’re truly sorry to hear how you're feeling. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or struggling emotionally, please consider reaching out to a professional support service in your area. Your well-being matters far beyond the outcome of any game or transaction.

If you’re open to it, we’d still love to assist you directly. Please reach out to us at support@cosmobet.com with your account details so we can see how we can help.

Wishing you better days ahead,
The Cosmobet Team
