Super speedy delivery and beautifully packaged. I ordered the Dockyard Gin—top-notch quality and absolutely delicious. Try it with a slice of red grapefruit and fevertree elderflower tonic.

Quick delivery in time for a birthday present
My son asked for this whisky for his birthday after receiving a masthouse gift pack of miniatures for Christmas.
Delivery was very swift and just what we ordered thank you.

Lovely unique gift
Really quick easy delivery. Bottle arrived next day. A perfect gift.
The actual bottle box was a little tired/damaged either due to transit or storage which was a shame as it slightly spoilt the presentation side of the gift. I called lovely staff today who sent out replacement carton straight away.
You cant get better than that !
Really pleased with the originality of item and style and service.

Great birthday present
Was bought a whiskey tour for my birthday and it was a really enjoyable tour.
We learnt a lot about the distillery, it's history and the different types of spirit they brew at the Copper Rivet.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the samples very welcome.

Thank you very much for your kind review. The whisky tour is great present and great that it's the only whisky distillery tour south and east of London.
Don't bother if you are a small party.
Booked this on 18th December 2024 for a tour on 11th April 2025. This was quickly confirmed, but then we were bumped back from 1pm to 7.30 pm. They then informed us yesterday that this had been cancelled completely due to a "clash with a private hire booking".
Obviously they have had a late party booking which would mean more money for them, and rather than try to accommodate us, who had booked four months in advance, we were given the bum's rush.
So the message is if your are a small party, book somewhere else that actually cares about it's customers.

We're really sorry we disappointed you and had to withdraw the date for the tour you'd booked. The mix up was genuine and the Wedding Booking which caused the clash had been in place, as you can imagine, for many months. Unfortuntately we had an oversight in our experience booking platform which didn't block these dates out, so the employee who dealt with your original move was unaware of the wedding. As soon as this came to light you were approached with sincere apologies and, of course, have recieved a full refund and an offer of a complimentary experience to compensate for your
