I was recommended this company by Manning Stainton Crossgates and was allocated to team Jayne. I would strongly advise against using them. Their communication was slow to non-existent. I rarely received proactive updates and had to chase repeatedly for basic information.

After two weeks of inaction, they finally informed me that they could not provide the service because my bank was not in their database. To make matters worse, I am still chasing them for a refund to this day.

We had Mark as our solicitor for both our sale and purchase, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was extremely efficient, explained everything clearly, and kept us well updated at every stage. We ran into a few issues with our new build, but Mark was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience feel much smoother and far less stressful.
