We were assigned Claire Cale’s team and they have been great at being responsive and keeping us in the loop. When we’ve had issues, they have been quick to act.
The app had stopped working on our sale, so it was hard to follow where we were in the process but everything has been good other than that.
Claire was also great when we encountered problems with our purchase and the app did update for this.

Mark Higginson is now our go to conveyancer! I've been an estate agent for nearly 20 years and Mark and Conveyancing home have been excellent in every case we have passed them! From complex cases to other firms that dragging heels they are constantly working to get cases to the finish line. Something that NO other solicitor has done for over 10 years is phone to give you an update, but I will get 2/3 calls a week just to let me know what's happening and if anything needs a 2nd person to chase he will let me know straight away. There are so many choices for conveyancing but nothing so reasonably priced will impress you as much.

Tara was absolutely superb throughout. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I would highly recommend this service as every call was answered, returned and any questions Tara answered. My experience with the firm, and Lucy in particular, has been nothing short of first class. Legal processes have been explained clearly, professionally and compassionately.
