Really efficient. Easy to get hold of and always polite. Very impressed with Jennifer and Babita at Conveyancing home limited Leeds.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. I have recently asked for some information but didn’t get a reply. Also I am still waiting for my deeds as it’s been 4 months and still no reply. They are quick enough to take your money and still waiting.

Mark and Hannah have been excellent throughout the sale of our house and purchase of our next home. Unlike my experience with most other solicitors, they have been easy to work with, motivated to drive forward the process and helpfully clear cutting with their guidance throughout!

Overall we were very happy with the whole experience. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Sue Simpson who was excellent! The online portal was helpful and our process was smooth overall.

Hannah and Mark were very helpful along the process and gave advice throughout it. There was a bit of an issue at the end with my LISA declarations in that they should have been submitted earlier however it did get sorted to allow me to complete on the date agreed.

I just completed on my property with Gemma and her team. Their communication was brilliant, and they kept me updated at every step. The property had no deeds and needed extra administration. Gemma handled all of this seamlessly, making the whole process stress-free and for a great price, taking a lot of my mind as a first time buyer. I will definitely use her services again!

Mark went above and beyond to get the sale of our house and purchase of our new home through quickly as we had very pushy buyers and estate agents.
Mark dealt with everything and was on the other end of the phone as soon as he was needed.

I have never experienced so much stress with this company and they were not even our solicitors.
The whole process would have been far more simpler if they had responded in good time and been honest about the process not only to us but to their own client. We got told off for expecting a quick sale even though they told their client who was our buyer that everything was in order. When our draft contract was sent it was ignored for the first 6 weeks, they lied about searches as I had confirmation from LA that they had been done and sent back 10 days prior! Radio silence was common and we would often had to get our estate agent to contact the buyer, who would chase ConveyancingHome for an update. The final straw was when we were asked if 4th June was agreeable to complete - only to find out out that funds were not ready nor did they have all relevant signed paperwork, this was no fault of our buyer just total unprofessional working of one individual, finally exchanged at 11am on Tuesday and still on day of completion stress levels were raised as they final monies took for ever - apparently they were sent and they hadn’t been, we completed at 3pm whilst driving to our new home. Never ever use this company, like someone else commented I think they are looking at the commission instead of the people and lives involved - moving house can be made a lot less stressful that it needs to be. Absolutely shocking !😮
CONVEYANCING HOME your response to me just proves what I said in my first review. I may not of been a client of your directly but indirectly I was in the chain of the client you represented, regardless of being a client or not, you are not a professional company and caused myself and your client unnecessary stress.

Was recommended by "Your Move" about Conveyancing Home. So i decided to go ahead with them.3/4 way through my sale I got an email to inform me my Team Leader had left that was dealing with my Sale. I must admit it put me in a bit of a panic mode but i had no need to worry. Carly Team Leader from Leeds phoned me with an update she and her team were taking over. I had no need to worry they were on the ball it was like they had handled my sale from day one. They emailed any querys i had asap. Answered all telephone enquiry when i rang. And kept me updated with everything. I have moved several times over the years and never had exceptional 5* service like they have done for me. I would recommend them Highly to anyone FIRST CLSSS SERVICE i even used them for my purchase as well they were that good.thank you Carly,Cheryl and team you all made me feel relaxed.
