Eve conducted a very through and professional service with our recent sale and we would definitely use for our next home purchase.

Buying a house is never easy, and we had a particularly complex sale and onwards purchase that involved multiple branching chains, delays, unforseen issues and poor services from other solicitor companies within the chain. Claire and Ebtehal helped us through this entire process with clear communications, honesty at all times about their recommendations and assessment of updates, and professionalism in how they managed our sales and purchases. And when things got really rough, both were on hand to offer support, guidance and empathy on a very human level. Despite all the challenges we faced elsewhere, I was always reassured that the quality of work that Conveyancing Home were providing, and that they were anchoring our sale as best as possible to provide the best service they could. The whole experience really highlighted the importance of ensuring you have the right team for the job, and I'd be happy to recommend Conveyancing Home to anyone who is looking to move home.

The service we received from Conveyancing home was fantastic. Communication was always clear and everything explained in detail. All our questions were responded to in a quick and efficient manner and we were kept fully updated at every stage. They certainly made a stressful process run smoothly and we always felt you were in total control. We would highly recommend.

This was quite difficult to provide a rating. There were aspects of the service that I was very satisfied and others that left me disappointed.

I was disappointed with the communication aspects at times, specifically the lack of updates. Major updates such as paperwork being sent to sign etc. were good, however the smaller updates where it could be simple, such as receiving correspondence or responses to enquiries was poor. It was difficult to know if things were received or where things were up to, and this had to be chased up often. This was exacerbated towards the end of the process when things got more urgent - as clients we were left wondering if things were being picked up and even thought we were going to lose the sale due to lack of communication.

I will say however when it came to the important updates these were detailed and dealt with promptly, and instructions were clear. The conveyancing team which dealt with my case was professional and very approachable though, and I was very happy with their conduct.

I think for the service, I did not receive value for the money I paid. I myself work in an environment where I am expected and obliged to regularly update clients, regardless of if it is important or just to provide the current situation with no further news. I am also extremely busy and find it difficult to maintain this, however I am still able.

If this was improved, I would have likely rated this review with 5 stars. It is a shame, as when things went well, it was great, but the aspects I mentioned really let it down.

I would thoroughly recommend ConveyancingHome Ltd, I mainly dealt with Jane who was extremely professional and responded to all questions and queries extremely quickly, the sale of our house and purchase of a bungalow where both dealt with and everything went very smoothly. Thoroughly recommended.
