Smaller than expected,not cheap although bone china & print ok

Excellent quality. I have scarves to die for and now a wonderful picnic rug. Great stuff! Prompt service too.

Very pleased with the product - had a bespoke design printed for a tablecloth in the oilcloth matte fabric. Fabric is really good quality (I tested it with red wine, oil, coffee, coal dust, curry - all wiped off and didn't leave a trace). Quality of print is excellent. Customer service from the team excellent too - very helpful with questions at the design stage. Would recommend.

The quality of my designed shirt is top tier. The print looks fantastic and delivery was very prompt!

I have been using them to print graphics on everything for years. Their fabrics are durable, very easy to maintain. The print doesn’t run of fade it washes well. The prints are sharp and clear.

I recently ordered custom fridge magnets from Contrado, and I have to say, I am beyond impressed.

Initially, I had been comparing companies and placed my first order elsewhere. Shortly afterwards, Contrado contacted me to let me know I had “left something behind” in my basket — such a charming and thoughtful way of reminding me that I hadn’t completed the order. It genuinely made me smile because it’s exactly the sort of approach I would take myself.

At the time, I didn’t proceed. However, when I later needed to reorder, I decided to give Contrado a try instead of returning to the original company.

That turned out to be an excellent decision.

Within hours of placing my order, I received confirmation that it was already on its way. It arrived the very next day. The speed alone was impressive — but the quality was what truly stood out.

The magnets are beautiful. The colours are vibrant, the finish is smooth and professional, and they look even better than the originals I had produced elsewhere. They feel substantial and well made — perfect for the signed and numbered bundles they’re part of.

I’ve been working with Contrado for an extended period, both for fabric printing and full product production for my brand.

The manufacturing quality is strong. However, the deciding factor in my continued collaboration is the level of support I receive from Jeel.

As a designer working with repeat patterns, scaling and seam alignment, small technical inconsistencies can lead to costly production errors. Jeel reviews details carefully, flags potential risks before orders are placed, and consults directly with the production team when needed.

But her value goes beyond seam alignment or print precision.

I ordered two sets of labels and I’m very pleased with them. The colours were true to my logo and the fabric they were printed on is lovely and silky. I had a problem with the design and their agent responded promptly and sorted the issue. Delivery was within 2 days of placing the order on both occasions. I will definitely use this service again.

I’ve use Contrado multiple times and have had excellent service. They go over and beyond to provide great customer service; prompt and helpful!

Due to my ineptitude and /or lack of clarity of the Contrado website I ended up making six individual orders on the second occasion I bought from them, rather than one basket order. There were 4 large bone china mugs and 2 tea towels each with their own graphic designs making six orders instead of one.
I explained my mistake/misunderstanding to the chat service and then in person to Yash telling them I would be charged delivery for each separate item all of which arrived together.
So my cost of delivery on the first order of 4 regular bone China mugs was £7.46 of a total price of £67.46.
Whereas my cost of delivery on my second order of 4 large bone China mugs and two tea towels was £41.41 out of a total price of £117.22.
Yash kindly offered to refund me the excess delivery cost with a money off next purchase offer, although I would have prefered a refund. For some reason the voucher didn’t arrive and /or I missed it amongst the many e-mails to and from Contrado about all this.
Prompted by their requests for a review I posted a two star here yesterday. Today I received a phone from Yash seeking to remedy the situation. The result is that I will only be charged £7.46, which is the correct combined shipping cost and fair. The remaining shipping amount has been fully refunded.
I’m very happy with this outcome and I commend Yash and Contrado for sorting it out.
I’m generally very happy with these bespoke products and may well buy again if Contrado can bear to deal with me!

I would order the bone China mugs again.
If they had a builder’s mug size in bone China I would buy that.
Note: I found the ‘bleed’ indicator on design template imprecise. Took several attempts using Photoshop to get the positioning of my designs right so they ran right to the lip and base and no further.

Tea towels
Advertised size versus reality after three washes:
• 100% cotton 70cm x 50cm to 69.5cm x 45.5cm.
o Length shrinkage fine – only 0.5cm reduction, but width shrinkage poor - reduced by 4.5cm.
o But would buy again as it’s still a good-sized tea towel and looks great.
• 95% cotton 5% linen 70cm x 50cm to 65.5cm x 48cm.
o Length poor – 4.5cm reduction and width shrunk by 2cm.
o So on balance wouldn’t buy again.

I had a similar 'bleed' problem with tea towel design tool, but by then I’d learned to run my design just within the pink bleed line. However I had great difficulty with label design tool (it's nice touch and I wish I’d noticed the potential for a logo on the base of the mugs!)

The team at Contrado are excellent.
The service provided has been brilliant. I did have a hiccup with my second order and they have been so patient, redoing my sizing and keeping me informed as the process of printing my fabric has gone.
