Contour Design Arvostelua 

Answered my questions about connectivity of the wireless Contour mouse as a result I bought it, very happy with it and consider it as my best mouse ever.

Service was a little slow, but Ok. The product (contour shuttle) does not work with the application I needed it for. (For watching game film through a browser based service)

I contacted customer services as I had a keyboard but had misplaced my risers. Regitze Stradel dealt with my query and was simply fantastic. She not only replied to my e-mails promptly, but she managed to supply me with the product I required (which I couldn't find anywhere else on the internet - even 3rd party products) and had them shipped directly to me within a few days. Could not fault Contour for the top quality of their products and the top quality of their customer service staff. Very very happy customer.

Lovely, friendly and above all, helpful company. I tested the roller mouse for a golfers’ elbow complaint. The mouse was well made, well designed, ergonomic and I loved using it, but sadly felt the same discomfort I did when using a pen tablet.
Shame, cos I wanted to keep it!

Beautifully designed product

The person who replied to me was has helpful as he could be. The issue was software and seemed to be between Windows, Thunderbird e mail client and your software that for a few days meant a work around had to be applied to get contour shuttle to work. I don't really expect Contour Shuttle to be aware of the issues that arise like that as often they might only effect one user. However I got all the support that could be given, with offers of more if need be so found myself very pleased with the level of response. The problem sorted its self out after a few days and has not re-occurred since.

Received a Contour UniMouse on a trial basis and it proved to be a great mouse. Nice idea of offering hardware on a trial basis, shows confidence in their product.

I also have a Contour Shuttle which is great for video editing and so expected the mouse to be of the same quality and it was.

My dongle broke and therefore I couldn't use my Countour balance-PN keyboard , which was really frustrating. However, Carsten Hænsch the technical support person in Denmark was Brilliant, diagnosed the problem the same day and sent me a new dongle the next day. I am extremely satisfied with the customer support from Contour design, and also love the Contour roller mouse Red plus, I recommend it all the time for people with mouse issues.

I was very impressed with the service I got when my RollerMouse stopped working. It ended up with me extending the lifetime of my mouse instead of buying a new. The person helping me reassured me from the start, she would do all she could to help. She responded quick and professional to my e-mails and I had a solution within just a few hours. The equipment is not cheap, but with a lot of things, you would get rid of it and buy new when it stops working. No need for that when you can get it serviced for free (well, you get told what to do to service it yourself). I am a big fan of Contour Design and will get a new mouse whenever mine is so old there is no more hope to rescue it anymore. I love their product and now also their service!

Roller Mouse Pro 3
Delivery of the roller mouse pro 3 was fast and efficient. Unfortunately it was faulty, but after correspondence with the team and finding it was a fault with the product, I was sent a replacement. This product is excellent and I would recommend the product to all who are uncomfortable using a conventional mouse.

Good service, arrived quickly. Like the roller mouse. Improved my shoulder pain as I now use both hands to click.

I am happy with the device I use (ShuttlePRO v2) . The device driver works fine too, but it would be great to give it a more friendly user interface, as it is a bit complicated to manage the different profiles.
