Contour Design solved my problem quickly
Contour Design responded to my query within a few hours. The problem was preventing device working at all after change of computer.
Contour asked for a screenshot, diagnosed the problem, and sent me a list of solutions to try in a recommended order. This response came almost immediately.
The first solution completely solved the problem.
Excellent service from a very knowledgable and friendly engineer.

Erratic Scroll Wheel Fixed!
I reached out due to an erratic scrolling wheel (after 2 years of use) and the response was prompt with very specific instructions that included photos as well as a video on how to remedy the problem. I was nervous in taking the mouse apart thinking I could potentially disable the whole thing permanently, but the instructions were easy and concise so I was able to successfully clean the wheel without harm to the entire device- now the wheel scrolls up and down without any issues! Thank you, Contour Design, for the great customer service.

The response was quick and obviously from a person rather than a bot. That was nice. Unfortunately, the software bug has not been fixed. It is a minor inconvenience, but it does take a dozen extra clicks every morning.

My Contour Shuttle Pro started to…
My Contour Shuttle Pro started to scroll un-controllably. I asked customer service if there was a repair or replacement option as it was out of warranty. I never received a reply to that query. Having waited a week for a reply I decided to dismantle the unit, cleaned the circuit board and IC pin out connections and it is now working. It would have been helpful had your team suggested that in the first place.

They quickly responded to my request for help with a non functioning roller mouse. Unfortunately their suggestions did not help, but it is a very old device that has had a lot of use.
